Prestige Cars…
I would highly recommend Prestige Cars as Charlie was very helpful with dealing with my requests. He was very informative and supplied me all the relevant information. His customer service is unmatched.
Great Service
Danny & Team dealt with selling our car and they were exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process. Danny has been absolutely fantastic and his communication, service and advise has been valuable throughout each stage.
Thank you Danny & Team
Use caution....
On July 3rd, 2025, I enquired about a blue BMW 330e featured on the Prestige Cars website. The car was beautifully presented, though the number plate was obscured by Prestige’s branded plates. The next morning, I was contacted by Lauren, the “Senior Sales Executive,” who reached out to gauge my interest.
I confirmed that I was indeed interested and made it clear that I would be using my own PCP broker, whom I’ve used reliably for years. At 12:30 PM, I phoned Lauren to finalise the deal and was told she would call me back within 20 minutes.
Four hours later, after no response, I had to chase her down for answers to basic questions regarding the vehicle’s registration, warranty, delivery timeline, and service history. The responses I received were vague, incomplete, or dismissively brief. In hindsight, this should have been a red flag.
The next issue arose when the registration number provided did not return any information on the DVLA website or with the PCP company. It appeared the car was still associated with a private plate that had been removed by the previous owner. While not a major problem in itself, it took several more hours — now into day two — before I received the correct original registration and the issue was resolved. I completed the deal, and the funds were transferred.
I believed I had purchased the vehicle as advertised.
**Then the real problems began.**
When the car was delivered, I initially didn’t notice anything wrong. But after spending some time inspecting it at home, I realised something wasn’t right — this was not the car I had agreed to purchase.
The car I had seen online had a dark blue tint, appeared to be in pristine condition, featured tinted front windows, a subtle rear spoiler, quad exhausts, and a well-specified interior (including the “Pro Package”). The car that was delivered had a garish, oversized spoiler (poorly fitted), only dual exhausts, and an interior lacking many of the advertised features. Most concerning of all was the appalling condition of the paintwork — with visible damage on nearly every panel.
Realising that I had been sent a different vehicle altogether, I immediately contacted Lauren via email (attached). It took two days to receive a reply — an unacceptable delay. My calls were ignored, emails to the admin team went unanswered, and requests to speak with a manager were consistently brushed off.
In an attempt to resolve the matter reasonably, I obtained a quote for a two-stage paint correction and ceramic coating. I emailed this to Prestige Cars on July 13th, proposing that if they covered the full cost of the correction, I would drop all other concerns and move on. I received a reply on July 17th — four days later — with no apology or real explanation. They simply offered to pay *half* of the correction cost, which I declined.
With the support of my PCP broker, I decided to unwind the deal under my rights through the Consumer Rights Act. Around this time, I posted a negative review online detailing my experience.
Only *then* did I receive a sudden flurry of calls from Prestige. They agreed to pay the full cost of the paint correction and issued a profuse apology — but only on the condition that I deleted my negative review. This kind of behavior is deeply unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the company's values and business practices.
Now, nearly a month later, I *still* do not have a V5 in my name and have given up trying to contact Prestige Cars altogether.
**In conclusion:** I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Prestige Cars to proceed with extreme caution. Upon reviewing other customer experiences more closely, it’s clear that similar situations have occurred before.

I recently bought my car from prestige cars, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were super helpful & professiona (Dan in particular who helped me) and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them!
Awesome experience
Dan was really helpful throughout the whole process. He delivered the car on time and in good condition.
At first I was sceptical because all negotiations for the car was done over the phone. But Dan was professional all through and exceeded my expectations.
Straightforward, no nonsense car finance
Dan guided us through the whole process and made the experience very enjoyable. Car has just arrived and looks even better than the photos. 10/10 lads can’t recommend enough!

I recently purchased a car from Prestige Cars and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Charlie was brilliant at organising everything – he kept in regular contact, made the whole process completely stress-free, and took care of all the details. When it came to collecting the car, Elliot handled the handover and was just as amazing – polite, professional, and genuinely friendly.
Both of them went above and beyond, and I truly felt like I was in safe hands throughout. I’m absolutely in love with my new car and so grateful for how smooth and easy they made the whole experience. I can’t recommend Prestige Cars enough – thank you again Charlie and Elliot!
Very professional
Very professional. Agreed to sell the car on commission. Collected the car from my drive at no cost to me. They advertised the car and when a sale was agreed they made sure the car was ready for the new owner. Had no problems through out the whole experience, they answered any questions quickly and professionally.

I dealt with Charlie and, more recently, Elliott – both were highly professional throughout. Charlie kept me updated at every stage of the process, which I really appreciated. They managed to secure the cheapest finance deal for me, even after I had been declined elsewhere for the same rate. The car was spec’d exactly how I wanted it – couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Avoid Prestige Cars – Misleading Advert, Poor Customer Service & Zero Accountability
My experience with Prestige Cars has been nothing short of exhausting and frustrating. I purchased a 2020 Tesla Model 3 Performance (Reg: MA20 JJO, black wrap) from them on 25th November 2024, and from that point until 9th June 2025, I was trapped in a months-long ordeal due to misrepresentation, poor communication, and shocking customer service.
The car was advertised on their website as having Enhanced Autopilot – a highly valuable feature worth £3,400 – and this was clearly listed as a fitted extra. However, when the vehicle was delivered, it did not come with this feature. I contacted Charlie at Prestige just two days later on 27th November, and instead of acknowledging the issue, I was condescendingly brushed off and told to refer to their small print disclaimer: “Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy…”. This was clearly a way to deflect responsibility, but under the Consumer Rights Act, misrepresentation of features is still unlawful.
I immediately sought advice from Citizens Advice, Trading Standards, and a solicitor – all confirmed that this was a breach of consumer rights. Prestige refused to engage with me meaningfully, so I was forced to raise a complaint through my finance company.
While waiting for this to be resolved, in January, the vehicle developed a serious fault – I couldn’t even access the car. I informed Prestige but received no help. Eventually, after an eight-week review, the finance company ruled in my favour and confirmed that the car had been mis-sold and that the fault existed at the point of sale. I was given the right to return the car and be refunded.
It wasn’t until April that Prestige finally agreed to take the car back. They were responsible for arranging recovery, but this was bungled too. Despite me explaining several times that the car did not move, they sent the wrong recovery truck on 25th April. I had to wait another five days before they finally collected the car on 30th April.
After that, I heard nothing from Prestige Cars. I called, emailed, and texted countless times to get my £2,500 deposit back. They ignored every attempt. It was only after my finance company escalated the issue with their account manager that they finally refunded me on 9th June 2025 – over six months after I bought the car.
To make matters worse, they claimed they hadn’t received my V5 logbook – until I produced photo evidence showing it on their staff’s desk. Only then did they admit they had it. During this whole time, the car sat unused on my drive, while I continued to pay for insurance on a car I couldn’t even enter. I also incurred over £1,500 in costs securing alternate transport just to get to work.
I asked Prestige for fair compensation for the financial burden and stress caused by their mistakes, and again, I was brushed off with no accountability.
Even now as of writing this, I see they’ve relisted the same car on their website, falsely advertising it again with Enhanced Autopilot – which it does not have – and incorrectly stating the mileage as 45,500 miles when I returned it with 48,861 miles. The black wrap is also now deteriorating after months of sitting in my drive due to their inaction.
This entire process—from 25th November 2024 to 9th June 2025—has been an ordeal. Prestige Cars were misleading in their advertising, dismissive in their responses, and negligent in their responsibilities. Had the finance company not stepped in, I genuinely believe I would never have received my deposit back.
Avoid Prestige Cars at all costs. Their sales tactics are misleading, their aftercare is non-existent, and their attitude is unprofessional. Don’t let the website or polished sales pitch fool you. I would never buy from them again.
Distasteful
Went to prestige car as I liked the look of a particular car and monthly payments however I was appointed Dan who never told me my first lender didn’t accept which I now believe this was never the case and I believe he went with the more expensive lender APR so that the commission could be greater. I have now found a lender which is cheaper than the original quote.

Great car purchase
Recently bought an Audi e tron. Spoke to Dan in the sales department who was extremely helpful! I told him specifically what type of car I was after once I did my research and he was able to find one for me pretty quickly.
When the car was delivered, there was an error message for an update which Dan rectified without hesitation and booked it into our local Audi garage.
I would highly recommend this company and Dan in Sales.
Dan was great from start to finish

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid deposit for my car and arranged date to collect car only to be told the day before that car had issues. Understood and then booked car to be collected the week after and never received any communication. I will be making a formal complaint. I lost so much money in the process
