Porsche Willoughby serviced my husband's hybrid Cayenne & proceeded to REMOVE THE BATTERY WITHOUT ASKING permission then proceeded to tell him that NO ONE in Australia could replace the battery (they found a SMALL part had a fault). THEN charged him $30,000 (thirty thousand AUD) to fix the problem. My husband is a reasonable man and felt he had no option but to agree at a slightly - and I mean slightly - reduced cost - despite my protests. THEN after agreeing, got the car back and the problem wasn't fixed!!!! Now after begging, he was given a replacement car - with an excess of $10,000!!!!! And his car is still in the work shop (2 months later!!!!). This multi-billion dollar company treating customers like this is a disgrace.
