I wish I could give them a negative rating. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you have strong negotiation skills, it's better to do your research and find a good deal—personally, I secured a much better offer than what Online Auto provided, so I'm pleased with my abilities. Moreover, they don't deal with premium brands like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, or Lexus, making Online Auto irrelevant for anyone interested in those vehicles. There are other car buying specialists who perform much better than Online Auto. From my interactions with the Online Auto team, I found them to be arrogant and inflexible, and they don't listen to your requests. If they believe they are the top car buying experts in Australia, I wish them luck with that attitude.

I was very happy with the service provided by Daniel Wright for the purchase of a Subaru Forester. He listened, kept me informed throughout the process and followed up quickly when the dealer was slow with paperwork. Daniel initially negotiated a good discount for my desired vehicle with typical delivery time for the current market. When I advised that I needed earlier delivery, Daniel personally contacted multiple dealers and found a Forester that met my needs. He was always personable and efficient during our dealings.

Their capability to get the best price and customer service is out of this world.

Bought my first car in Australia through Georgie. After visiting a few dealerships and receiving the hard sale for over the baseline cost I engaged Georgie. My purchase was handled by Daniel Wright who helped throughout the process, kept me updated and got me a great deal. Would highly recommend Georgie and particularly Daniel.

They found my car in the specs required at a reasonable price - Cool!
Followed up with an email to confirm those specs - Confirmed!
Followed up with a phone call but spoke to a different salesperson regarding the same order....Wrong!
Not the same specs on paper despite the earlier confirmation. Once I got the original salesperson on the ph. they tried to talk around the glaring discrepancy then sell me on hiring a car for $100 a week until a new vehicle was available.
I came here hoping to get a discount and avoid an untrustworthy car salesman.
Looks like I'll have to walk into the lot.

I wanted a prices on Ranger XLS, XLT and Wildtrak but was told they can only do one and I would need to decide now which one as their system does not let them compare differnt cars, I would need to decide exactly what I wanted and which features. Very unhelpful and a waste of my time.

I had the pleasure in using the services provided by Georgie, wasnt sure about it at first but after dealing with Daniel Wright Im so glad that I used Georgie. There is a service in Sydney called "Georgie.com.au" they purchase vehicles on behalf of individual people and business companies.
The service has a car buyer who is"Par Excellent".
His name is Lee Tavette and he found the vehicle I wanted in my home town and had the very sharp priced deal made on the unit I wanted in under 48 hours! And he kept me informed of progress all through the purchase.
