TERRIBLE customer service
Lovely items that are great quality, but the customer service is terrible.
I ordered 8-10 pairs of shorts, two items missing on the delivery (they use papar bags, which in the instance wasn't sealer properly - inner plastice bag stuck to sticky strip).
I contact customer services straight away, who did reply...but a week on and numeorus emails chasing, NOTHING!). All other items returned and even the refund for that is slow.
Currently £100 out of pocket!

Ordering was easy, some items were too big for me but the return process was quick and painless. I liked the companies ethos and the clothes were good.

I received a wrong size in order…
I received a wrong size in order #3141058 and had to reorder the item under #3151708 (where it was suddenly more expensive). I sent two emails asking for help and a goodwill solution regarding the price difference and return costs, including a photo of the wrong item, but received zero response. I have officially registered the return and sent the incorrect first items back to you today via Hermes. Very disappointing service for such nice clothes.

Perfect for outdoors
Easy to order, was delivered on time. Top is fabulous, the colours are perfect. The fit is a little snug, but I do like my clothes to be roomy. But it is comfy, not really had a chance to wear it yet, due to the very hot weather at present. But I can see me taking this on all my future holidays.
