Everything went well. It should be noted that the code for the second door did not work; however using the fob we were able to open the second door.

I have to rate with the star in order to write a review. The Paris is lovely, and the study abroad experience was incredible. But the experience with getting the security deposit back is horrible. It has been over 4 months since check out the apartment but still not getting the money back yet. No explanation. Be watch out when you rent the apartment at 18 ARR.

We are sorry to hear that your experience has been affected by this event but would like to make it clear that Paris Attitude and the owner have done everything possible to resolve it as quickly as possible.
You contacted us on 20/08 about this and we replied to you and the owner on 22/08. We did not receive any response from you or the owner and therefore thought the problem had been resolved.
You then contacted us again on 26/09 and we immediately got back in touch with the owner, who told us that the transfer had been made but that his bank had cancelled it because the name of the recipient was wrong. In fact, you sent your document when the rental was in your daughter's name, without specifying this difference.
At the same time, the owner has asked you for your exact bank details again, so that the transfer can be made again.
On 04/10, the owner told you that the new beneficiary was still being added by the bank and that the transfer would soon be sent to you.
Once again, we apologize for this unforeseen situation, which is completely beyond our control.

We heard all the horror stories about trying to find a place to rent in Paris. Our experience, however, was quite different. We reached out to Daisy Garcia at Paris Attitude on the Web, fell in love with the first place we saw, submitted the paper work, and the deal was done. This in spite of the fact we were looking for a place several months in advance. Great communication
Paris Attitude made my one month stay in Paris the most stress-free I ever had. Despite difficulties connected with big event happening at that time in the city itself, the company's agents were very helpful, providing all the necessary informations about the stay, owner of the apartment and made sure to make everything work as intended.
The inspections during check-in and check-out were very thorough, making sure that both owner and the tenant were providing and leaving the place in impeccable condition. The possibility of setting the check-out in advance was a great advantage.
I will definitely use the services of Paris Attitude again in the future.

Klara at PA was very helpful with the process of finding an apartment for a short/medium-term period during a busy time. The broker fees are a little bit higher than other services like Lodgis, but the various services (good communication, easy and clear move-in processes, locksmith insurance) made the price worth it.
