We understand your concern about the pricing and we would like to provide some explanation about what are the agency fees for.
First of all, thanks to Paris Attitude work, you have access to a list of apartments and you have the possibility to search for the apartment regarding your criteria at the same place.
Secondly, Paris Attitude has visited each one of those apartments to make sure that they were as the owners describe them. We have taken pictures, ask a certain list of equipment to the owners which is a lot more consistent than the minimum requested by the law.
Then, we do the work to write a lease contract in accordance with the French law so you can be protected as well as the lessor.
We are also there to help you if you have some questions during the lease.
All of this takes time, workforces and technical resources which has a cost.
And for your complete information, the amount of the agency fees are regulated and we do not charge more than we are allowed to.
Our goal is to provide quality and convenience that meets your expectations.

Two years ago I signed up for a project with a leading bank based in La Defense. It needed me to be onsite. I immediately needed a place to stay. From my hotel room I did a five minute desktop research and and found Paris Attitude. Paris Attitude found me a place and ten days later I moved in.

Avoid this agency
We found Paris Attitude, a renting company in Paris. We just wanted to rent for one month.
The conditions were very unusual and surprising. First they asked for passport, financial documents, salary slips for the last 3 months, 600€ deposit!!!!!, and, additionally, agency fees of 189€, and cleaning fees of 79€, which they advised, might change through the month. And, last but least, sign a lease/contract.
Note, that this is renting for just a month, not 10 years.
When I called, twice, nobody answered. Then I wrote my concern about these unusual proceedings, per email. The answer was prompt. Not satisfactory...just send copy of passport. Which I did not do.
The approach was highly unprofessional and shady. When I questioned the deposit, the agent said goodby
On Reddit I red a lot of complains by people, who gave the deposit and never got it back. The agency remains unresponsive.
Stay away from this company, I am glad, I did!

We understand that our procedures may seem unusual, but they comply with French regulations on furnished rentals.
The documents requested, such as identification and proof of income, are necessary to ensure the security of both parties, tenant and landlord.
These requirements are laid down by French law to ensure solvency and prevent potential disputes, and are clearly specified on our website.
As your advisor has told you, it is impossible for us to finalise your rental project without checking your identity.
The security deposit, also complies with the law and is intended to cover any damage or outstanding payments. This amount is returned after the inventory of fixtures at the end of the rental period, within the time limits laid down by law.
Agency and cleaning costs are clearly communicated on departure. The agency fee covers the search, introductions and administrative management, while the cleaning fee ensures that each tenant receives a clean property.
Leases are compulsory, even for medium-term tenancies. It protects both tenant and landlord by clearly defining the rights and responsibilities of each.
We regret that you have had difficulty reaching us by telephone. We endeavour to reply to every e-mail promptly and are working to improve our availability to avoid this type of experience.
