Fine until you have problems with their website!
I've been trying to contact OnTheMarket about a problem I've been having with their website - it won't let me view the properties that I'd saved and plan to view this week!! I contacted them via FaceBook, but it's clearly just an automated message that they sent out in response, as it's totally irrelevant to the problem I'm having, and is exactly the same response as I had when I had a problem previously. Come on OnTheMarket, without people like me, you wouldn't have a job, so at least do the job you have properly!!

Inaccurate third party advertising
In terms of student accommodation watch out . This company act as third party advertisers for student rental accommodation companies and do not review the accuracy of property descriptions themselves . Avoid any student accommodation advertised by On the Market.
Further to the reply from On the Market this is my update:
1. I am aware that you are not an estate agent as outlined in my review. I know you are an advertising portal .
2. If you are getting agents to sign agreements that listings are accurate , what action do you take if they are very inaccurate ? Clearly none
3. You along with the agents need to be more responsible for what you advertise to young people .
4. Your processes need to be tightened to ensure student health and safety is protected .

Worse search engine going
Worse search engine going, looses search parameters, really clunky, doesn't seem to matter if chrome or edge. I'm off to rightmove, cue reply from onthemarket inferring it's your fault, haven't set your browser up correctly etc......don't have this issue with rightmove....
so you've asked for more info, well if you open a property up on the map you then have to click on a small cross to close it, if you miss it opens up the entire property, on the right move site you just click away and it closes..... do i need to do you're development work for you?

Unbelievable service and professionalism
I have been an agent for 13 years and have just started up my own estate agent in East London. I contacted all of the property portals but OnTheMarket were and are the easiest and swiftest company to deal with. They got us up and running the quickest even though they were the last to be contacted. Cookie annoyance / specific searches
The cookie consent every few seconds or every page drives me insane!!! I've set up the alerts to avoid using the website and the cookie annoyance. Would like the option to exclude new homes from search, would reduce the properties coming through that are not suitable.
