Extremely frustrating experience for private owners. The platform is not user-friendly at all. Their AI chatbot is useless—it asks redundant questions (like 'which platform are you using' while on their own site) and eventually forces you toward a paid call with an agent for answers that should be instant and free. After multiple failed attempts to publish my rental property in Palma, I gave up. To make matters worse, there is no clear option to delete my account. Avoid if you are looking for a simple, honest process.
