NOt sure if I believe quality. I've spent over $600 this year and over $300 last year. While testing a sterling bracelet I picked up at an antique store with a simple magnet it did not stick . It was also stamped Stirling and by the artist. So I decided to test my purchase from Nizhonitraders.
Sterling silver will not stick to a magnet. So I tried the two Navajo pearl necklaces I purchased this year and both necklaces stuck to the magnet. I have an old pawn I spent over $900 and it didn't stick to the magnet.
Tells me the beads are made of something else. I will be taking these into a jeweler to check the silver content. I will post an update!

I ordered a pendant and a set of Navajo pearls to match and they look like cheap imitations at best. I ordered them Thursday night 12/11 and paid for the over night shipping for $50 and received them on 12/15. I will be returning them and will add an update on this post with how well that goes.
So replying back to your reply I’d like to add they will post a reply to this message before they reply back to you about your concerns. When you pay $65 for overnight and it takes 6 days it defeats the purpose of paying the overnight charge. I wish I could add a picture to show the “authentic” pearls. Do not waste your time or money buying from this seller.

Buyer beware this company sells fake jewelry. Do not buy from them!!! They refuse to respond to emails and then block you on all social media. I have now been blocked from emailing as well. They market their jewelry as real stones and real silver. They are not these things. They are cheap knockoffs!!!! Do not buy!!!!

This is the first response I have gotten. You have never once responded to an email. I have never once threatened your staff. I was never told to have my things evaluated. This is a great idea. However I now have no way of communicating with you to let you know the results. Could you please post the emails you sent to me?

I have shopped NizhoniTraders many times for myself and gifts for my family. The jewelry is beautiful, and well made, I have never had an issue with any piece. I appreciate their customer service, they are responsive and helpful!

I love, love and love Nizhoni Traders LLC. I’ve been doing business with them for about a year now. Their live shows are a great way to shop and the discount prices are pretty great. I highly recommend shopping on their app , Nizhoni Traders LLC. It’s really the easiest. Their website is good as well but the shows are best on their app. They sell both new and vintage pieces and the variety in both categories is extensive. Happy shopping.

I’ve been ordering from this company for several years now, every order has been sent out promptly and the quality is excellent. I appreciate there transparency in letting you know what is signed and stamped by an artist and what is signed Nizhoni.

Nizhoni has the best customer service ever. They have more to choose from than any company and they have the best prices of anyone out there . I have bought so many pieces from them of the years and love them all . Such amazing pieces and amazing prices. Definitely would recommend them .

I’ve ordered many pieces from Nizhoni Traders. Some are native and some are not, but either way they’re all great quality and the stones are so pretty. Love watching their live shows for great deals. Customer service is great! Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed ordering my genuine N.A. Sterling or turquoise jewelry from Nizhoni Traders for years now, the prices are fair with a lot of sales throughout the year as well. Their selection of gorgeous jewelry is fantastic. And they always put the name of artist in description, if you’re looking for specific pieces. Always wrapped securely and shipped promptly.

Absolutely run the other way from purchasing anything from this company. Their business appears to be very unorganized and processes, chaotic. Some of your orders are found on their app, some not. They told me tracking numbers are provided on their app, and they are not. There is rarely a tracking number provided, even though their emails state that you will be notified that something ships. You may get notification that it ships, but there is no tracking number in the email.

I ordered three items - three separate orders and they apparently sent it all in one box. $500 worth of items. Had I known that three items would ship together, I would have considered shipping insurance, given the value of the items, combined. This was three items out of 11 that I ordered. I guess I would have paid for shipping insurance three times? As it was three separate orders placed?

I emailed them on 9/12 and 9/20 to get status. Today, 9/21, I was given a USPS tracking number and told that all three items were shipped together. The tracking number showed delivered. I have not received the items.

Customer service might as well be done by a robot. There is no kindness or understanding. Or a concern that their product didn’t arrive. You have to keep on them to receive a response. And essentially, they do not demonstrate professionalism, seem to know to know what’s going on between their app and ordering off of other platforms that they sell on. Their responses very clearly showed that they do not care.

Stay far away - there are SO many more shops/options to purchase from. I honestly don’t see how this business is still going. I wished I would have researched them before purchasing. There are terrible reviews everywhere- look it up and read the company’s response to the complaints. Very telling.

I have been buying from Nizhoni for several years now and have always found the experience to be beyond satisfying. They stock a wide variety of jewelry from Native American, Artisan, Vintage and Antique to Southwestern, Western and other regional styles. Their constant flow of coupon codes, discounts and live sales makes it hard to resist shopping on a daily basis 🤣, and the fact that I can make exchanges for store credit when necessary keeps me going back for more.

This company is amazing, I had to leave a positive review because they have gotten a bum rap on their return policy, hate to say but this is the norm for small western jewelry sellers. Return for store credit is great in my world but to leave nasty reviews is crazy. READ THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING.

Nizhoni is deliberately misleading buyers by posting photos from third party websites of items they pretend to be selling but don't have in their possession.

I bought a handmade vintage pendant (heart shaped row of turquoise, Dan Dodson) at Nizhoni Traders LLC online, and asked for an updated photo in daylight to confirm the type and colour of turquoise in the pendant. Nizhoni refused to send a photo and insisted that the pendant was identical to the sales photos.
Once the pendant arrived, it was not the one from the sales photos, but a completely different pendant. Same design, but not the stones from the sales photos.
It turns out that Nizhoni had lifted the sales photos from an auction website instead of taking their own photos of the actual item they put up for sale, so they knew exactly what they were doing. Nizhoni is deliberately misleading buyers by posting photos from a third party website of an item which they don't have in their possession.

How it's going:
Paypal is requesting that I return the item to get a refund of the payment. So the return shipping will be out of my own pocket. I already paid steep import taxes out of my own pocket. But the return shipping is very expensive for privates in my country, so essentially it'll cost me half of the price of the pendant in return shipping and import taxes, which Nizhoni will not refund.
So should I pay even more to return the item?

I recommend to stay away from Nizhoni Traders. Don't buy from them. There are plenty of decent and honest turquoise sellers out there. Nizhoni is not one of them.

Edit:
I ended up keeping the item because I had to pay for international shipping myself, and because I wouldn't get all the money back I had paid for import tariffs. I would've been out of pocket even if I returned the item.
I wish I could upload photos of Nizhonis sales photos and photos of the actual item I received, which was not identical. The items are clearly different. But uploading photos unfortunately isn't part of Trustpilot's service.

In short — Nizhoni DID send me a different item than the one they sold to me on their website.

Nizhoni's reply to this review where Nizhoni accuse me of fraud and stealing is straight up slander.
And Nizhoni never replied to me directly about this matter, and they never offered to cover the return.

Please understand that this is a genuine review reflecting my personal experience with Nizhoni. And Nizhoni has proven to be dishonest, unresponsive, and slanderous.

I recommend staying far away from Nizhoni Traders.
