Absolutely run the other way from…

Absolutely run the other way from purchasing anything from this company. Their business appears to be very unorganized and processes, chaotic. Some of your orders are found on their app, some not. They told me tracking numbers are provided on their app, and they are not. There is rarely a tracking number provided, even though their emails state that you will be notified that something ships. You may get notification that it ships, but there is no tracking number in the email.

I ordered three items - three separate orders and they apparently sent it all in one box. $500 worth of items. Had I known that three items would ship together, I would have considered shipping insurance, given the value of the items, combined. This was three items out of 11 that I ordered. I guess I would have paid for shipping insurance three times? As it was three separate orders placed?

I emailed them on 9/12 and 9/20 to get status. Today, 9/21, I was given a USPS tracking number and told that all three items were shipped together. The tracking number showed delivered. I have not received the items.

Customer service might as well be done by a robot. There is no kindness or understanding. Or a concern that their product didn’t arrive. You have to keep on them to receive a response. And essentially, they do not demonstrate professionalism, seem to know to know what’s going on between their app and ordering off of other platforms that they sell on. Their responses very clearly showed that they do not care.

Stay far away - there are SO many more shops/options to purchase from. I honestly don’t see how this business is still going. I wished I would have researched them before purchasing. There are terrible reviews everywhere- look it up and read the company’s response to the complaints. Very telling.

As we stated before and sent you screenshots that we had notified you with all of your information and tracking. Yes, when purchasing items you should always purchase insurance and if you had three orders, you would be purchasing insurance three times because it only covers the items in that one order, we do show that your item was delivered on September 8. All of the orders were shipped together to save money on shipping since we offer free shipping we did a verify and to send you documentation that all of these items have the same tracking number has nothing to do with us being dishonest it has to do with Being efficient and saving money on shipping. If insurance would’ve been purchased, this shipment would’ve been covered as stated it does show delivered on the eighth. We cannot be responsible for items that are stolen from your mailbox. Sorry you felt that you needed to leave such a negative review because your items were stolen.
