There is absolutely thing wrong with the product. But when I ordered a a huge amount of decking there was one pack of 10 decking that was completely different decking. Who ever packed the decking wasn't paying any attention to the design pattern of the decking otherwise it wouldn't have made it in there. So one pack completely different and still awaiting to hear from them.

I saw previous customer comments regarding difficulty of penetration of spikes through the spike holes. I had exactly the same problem the plastic spikes just will not penetrate the blocks the answer is metal spikes or a modification to the blocks do that and spike will penetrate I had to drill a hole in each hole to allow penetration.. I M sure other customers have had the same problem It feels like customers are having to work hard to solve a manufacturers problem

Fabulous products - the recycled stepping stones look amazing, are sturdy, easy to move and great in the garden (where our boys play football so are safe to fall on these). Highly recommended.

Ordered one pack too many. Return process is no quibble, if a little convoluted and time consuming compared to other retailers.

My initial contact was for information concerning their 2mm thick PVC mats which I was considering using on top of some chests of drawers I had recently painted (the tops were badly worn but the rest of the drawers were fine). Their response was immediate, most helpful and informative and my contact throughout, Nimmi, was excellent. I ended up ordering the mats on a 'made to measure' basis and they have proved absolutely perfect for the job. Well done Nicoman for your excellent customer service which is truly lacking these days with some companies. Keep up the good work and should I need mats like these again I will definitely be a 'returning customer'.

Delivered as promised, good price and quality. Cannot tell the difference between these and the original ones apart from being a better price.

+ Only comany found offering what's known as spaghetti mats for cars.
- Could have been bigger since easy to cut down to give better fit to footwell.

Easy to order and very fast despatch. Table saver I ordered was perfect for and Easy to put in p lace. My table top looks great without danger of damage and have had comments from friends about it.
