Great service and competitive pricing
This is the second time that we have used Frankly Flooring for LVT. Their service has always been excellent with great communication throughout and deliver when they say that they are going to deliver. Their prices are also very competitive. Would highly recommend.

Turned up late after I had to ring and…
Turned up late after I had to ring and chase them to why I hadn’t received the heat gun I ordered. Then it turns up just the gun, battery and charger without any of the attachments it advertises it with on the website. Jobs been cancelled now and have to explain to fitter why he’s now got to spend more money on attachments. Headache all round 👍

Great and competitive prices
Frankly Flooring and Furniture is a family-run business offering very competitive prices. As I was placing a large order, I was looking for the best value and found their pricing to be the most competitive compared to other suppliers. When I called to enquire further, they kindly offered an additional discount due to the size of the order. The delivery was right on time with no delays, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process until the products arrived.

Let down costing me money
I ordered in good time, but this was not conveyed to the transporter so my order would have arrived too late. I had tradespeople on site and had to cancel the order and pay out a lot more from a local distributor.
Not very pleased with the service!

I bought this Karndean flooring online. It's a well-known brand, and plenty of other sites were selling it, but the prices at Frankly Flooring were the lowest by far. I received an automatic confirmation of the order, and a shipping date a few days later. The flooring was delivered at the expected time. The courier pointed out that one the tins of adhesive was damaged in transit. I contacted Frankly Flooring and they sent a replacement immediately, at no cost. I was very impressed by the friendly and efficient customer service. The flooring has been laid, and looks very good. I highly recommend Frankly Flooring - and I would purchase from them again without hesitation.
