The most exploitative, incompetent, mismanaged and horrendously corrupt company passing on extortionate fees to the residents from an endless chain of contractors and subcontractors....total disregard to any resident's rights or needs... deeply regret entering into shared ownership, which proved the most expensive and stressful experience!

Steven has been our greatest support and guide all through the process. He has been following up and chasing on the progress so as to get us moving in the home on our desired date.

Worst service in the universe. I don’t give credit to any of these fake reviews out there. Pre-sale everything was great, however upon completion, this company will push you to insanity. Avoid at all costs

Very professional company, very prompt with replies and made the whole process run as smoothly as possible. Made it a pretty much stress free experience as a buyer. The whole team couldn't have been more helpful and especially John Vincent from the sales team. I would highly recommend NHG.

The Sales team at NHG are really efficient and helpful. As a first time buyer who did not have much experience of the whole process, I received answers to all my questions and support where needed. Steven Trung Lam was especially helpful with progressing the purchase process, adding an extra push where needed, so the whole sales process from viewing to key handover took exactly 1 month. Steven always answered the phone or called back really soon, which I especially appreciate as a person who values efficiency.
