If I could have given a rating of less than one star, then I would have given the most little tiny piece of it … this is how I am disappointed with this organisation !
I have the right to claim the money I have saved here however every 3 weeks they want to verify something…AND IT’S BEEN GOING ON for too long. I am so so so upset that here in this space I declare that I abandoned the hope that I will ever see MY MONEY and I consider that it has been stolen from me!!!!
If ever someone responsible in this organisation read this, can you please intervene so that I can get my money!!!

Zero communication to state the deposit…
Zero communication to state the deposit was successful. No information in the app that the transaction was processing or pending. I had to make a call to confirm that the transaction occured. When transfering large sums of money I believe it's paramount to have clear communication as to what is happening during the transaction.
I gave 2 stars as the lady on the phone was very helpful and reassuring

This typically happens because Nest is legally required by HMRC to apply a temporary emergency tax code to the taxable portion of a first withdrawal, which often results in a higher tax deduction than expected.

I have been a member of nest since 2014, ever since then, nest has done a lots of wonderful work to grow my money, l honestly appreciate their great work and advice.
