Awful company (person) to deal with. It’s not a company it’s a sole trader but he will tell you he is a company. A two week job took him over 9 weeks to complete. He left a mess all over our drive, our flat roof and over the new bay window tiles. The new coping stones he installed are not sealed against rain and again are covered in render. He left gaps around windows which need filling. He and his workmate removed the old render with so little care that they have damaged our year old windows. His communication level is appalling. I had to withhold his final payment until the bags of rubble he put at the end of our drive were removed because he had promised 2 weeks previously they would be gone. He doesn’t expect to be asked to put back drain pipes he has to remove to render behind and expects you to do that too. Please avoid, there are far better professionals doing this job at a cheaper price. Just to add, we have now had a visit from the scaffold company monocouche rendering (Gary) hired because they are angry at not being paid, and he is telling them he hasn’t been paid by myself which is another blatant lie from him. He has also threatened me with court action over this review of his services.
