Trying to call to make an offer on some land. They never answer the phone. I’d be surprised if they get any sales across the line!
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Poor service/communication/withholds info or just completely rubbish at his job!
An hour late for viewing.
Dragged out giving us an answer on whether the buyer had accepted our close to asking price offer, then ghosted us.
Apparently the property we viewed was on the market for 3 years. Probably because Jonathan Morgan is the problem!
We viewed a piece of land in mid-December and submitted an offer during the viewing itself, directly to the director/owner of the agency.
Despite this, and despite chasing multiple times by email, phone and text, we have still not been able to establish whether our offer was ever formally put forward to the vendor.
This level of non-communication has seriously undermined our confidence in the agency. If an offer made directly to the owner cannot even be acknowledged or confirmed as passed on, it raises serious concerns about their professional capacity to competently progress a sale.
What makes this more concerning is the number of other reviews online reporting the same issues — unanswered messages, lack of follow-up, and poor transparency — alongside publicly available information showing agencies being opened and closed under the same director.
As a result, we are no longer comfortable proceeding through this agency.
Anyone considering using them to sell property or land should think very carefully about whether this standard of communication is acceptable
