Quite disappointed with their performance and the way they’ve handled my case. I actually had them in high regard as I’ve seen many positive reviews and they approved my claim.
However it’s been more than 3 weeks since my claim has been “approved” and still yet to receive my reimbursement. I’ve emailed them countless evidence of the damage to my phone and quotes to get it fixed which they’ve approved mind you. I’ve called them several times and emailed a dozen times.
What really agitated me was the phone handler told me she couldn’t help me with my case as she wasn’t the person handling it… what kind of excuse it that? I’m sure a functioning insurer will have a system with statutes and notes. They said they’ll get back to me, it’s now been several days and still radio silence.
I advise that you’re way more responsive and keep customers up to date. Also your phone handlers she really know what’s happening with all their cases, it’s inexcusable that I wasn’t seen to or any helpful information was communicated within 24 hours.

Really easy to set up mobile phone insurance but when I came to add my smart watch it didn't list my Garmin Lily 2 and there was no way of adding it or asking questions. Great price though.
