This company is a scam! I ordered a pair of shoes Nov 26, 2022 and it is now April and I haven’t received them. I have reached out multiple times and they said they cannot issue me a refund because my shoes have already shipped, and that they are “checking with their team” to see where the package is. When it is confirmed lost, then they can send me a new pair and then I can return them for a refund. It’s been over 4 months and they’re still not confirmed lost! They have now stopped responding to my emails. I will be filing with the better business bureau and I would be interested in joining a class action lawsuit. They are a SCAM!!!!

Dont buy from this company. All their 5 star reviews are bots, notice how every 5 star reviews last name is a letter and period (ex: Stephen B.) Instead of every other bad review being the full name. Just a CAUTION to everyone.

Same as many of the posts on here order 3 pair in November 2022, received the two reduced priced pair and have yet to receive the pair indeally wanted. I’m thinking of a possible class action lawsuit against this company. They simply do not seem like they really care about a 6 month delay in an order. It’s absolutely unacceptable that so many people are experiencing this and nothing is being done.

Like many here....bought 3 pair in Dec. I received 2, but today, April 7, I still haven't received the last pair. I've asked for a different pair to resolve the issue....nothing. Asked to return the two I have for my money, they can't do it. If you KNEW you didn't have the shoes to ship out orders, why fraudulently accept our money?

Beware of company. I bought 3 pairs. Of shoes from them. On December 2nd. 2022. It is April 5th. 2023. And I still haven't received my pair of I file a complaint with a better business bureau. And the federal consumer. Waiting to see. Try to get my money from the credit cards, but I waited too long because they kept on telling me. That, it was on this way. Stupid of me for believing Them. Do not buy from this company. It's a waste of money and time. Hopefully there'll be a law action suit against them. California. They have a strict regulations over there.

Never received my order, placed it on December 13, like others keep telling me is coming but is 4 months and still don’t have it, is my first bad review I ever do. Buy from a local store or look people reviews before you buy.

I placed an order for Christmas 2022 and only received a partial shipment. I continually inquired about a delivery date for the second pair of shoes. Emails asked me to be patient; they are on their way from a different location. It’s now April 2023! Now all my email attempts are coming back as undeliverable!!! So ANGRY!

These shoes are sooo comfortable! They look super nice, and the insoles make them a lot more bearable to stand in for 8 hours than my old shoes. I will definitely look into getting a new pair in the future!

Don't trust this website it's fraud I purchased a pair of shoes for $98 and it never came and now it's been more than 3months and everytime I email them it's the same BS email they send me all the time I'm taking them to small claims court

THIS COMPANY SUCKS! I have reached out to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and have filed a formal complaint, its been almost 4 months, WAY PAST 90 days! The order was placed on DEC 28th for 96.13 and it was never shipped. the status never changed since jan 3rd. They keep telling me bs, i am taking them to small claims court! SCREW THEM!!!! I WANT MY REFUND!!!! WORST EXPIERENCE EVER

Very comfortable and light weight. My feet and legs dont hurt after a 16 hour shift anymore. Best purchase I've made in a long time!

I wouldn’t use on Black Friday, last year, and it still hasn’t arrive over 110 days and the company still won’t help me.

Don’t buy anything from Mlo. I placed an order November 2022 and it is now March 2023 and I still haven’t received the shoes. They have no customer service number so all contact is done via email. I have written them countless emails and every time get the run around about getting with their logistics team and the courier and at this point I have lost all patience being told the same thing. I have asked for a refund and they say they can’t do that till I get the shoes. But at this rate I feel like that is unlikely to happen in this calendar year or ever. So basically I am out the $100 I spent on the shoes. I reported them to the BBB and am ready to take legal action. It seems like a small amount to go to small claims court but at this point there needs to be some type of accountability on their part. This is the worst. Again DO NOT ORDER FROM MLO. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you order with them you will never see your shoes and take a loss of $100.
