I made a purchase July 22 for 2 pairs…

I made a purchase July 22 for 2 pairs of shoes. When I received my order I only received 1 pair. I waited all the way till Oct 31 to email them back to ask what's up with my shoes. The tracking never said it got past the shipper, never made a delivery, just kept saying package was with the shipper. They told me they would check on it and check with the shipper about my package. Many emails later and to this today Dec. 24 everytime I email them I get the response we're still checking on things and I have to check with the team before going forward.
They know 100% I paid for my items and I didn't get the one pair. They keep saying there waiting for the shipper for further updates. You really think that shipper has my shoes 6 months later?
I asked them to send me another pair and deal with the shipper after but I again get the response they are waiting to hear from shipper and they need to check with the team.
THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND NOTHING BUT EXCUSES. IS YOUR TEAM IN ANTARCTICA? Do you they use the telegraph for communication to contact the team.
I HIGHLY ADVISE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! NO SOLUTIONS ONLY EXCUSES AND RUN AROUND TO A FORMER REPEAT CUSTOMER.
IF I COULD MAKE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK I WOULD BUT I WAITED SO LONG GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT I CANT, SO HERE I AM PUTTING THEM ON BLAST.
