Don’t buy anything from Mlo

Don’t buy anything from Mlo. I placed an order November 2022 and it is now March 2023 and I still haven’t received the shoes. They have no customer service number so all contact is done via email. I have written them countless emails and every time get the run around about getting with their logistics team and the courier and at this point I have lost all patience being told the same thing. I have asked for a refund and they say they can’t do that till I get the shoes. But at this rate I feel like that is unlikely to happen in this calendar year or ever. So basically I am out the $100 I spent on the shoes. I reported them to the BBB and am ready to take legal action. It seems like a small amount to go to small claims court but at this point there needs to be some type of accountability on their part. This is the worst. Again DO NOT ORDER FROM MLO. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you order with them you will never see your shoes and take a loss of $100.

Avoid this country

I placed an order in November and still have not received my order (it is March). The first two orders I placed with this company came but unfortunately not my third order. I lost out on $120.00 Because I never got my order and no one ever answers the customer service. I would highly recommend avoiding this company if you do not want to have your money wasted.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. More of a scam company. Bought the shoes yesterday and tried to get a refund, but supposedly same BS that everyone here is experiencing. We can't refund it bc it's in production??? Makes no sense bc it says order is unfulfilled and it has been no less than 24hrs. Save yourself the hassle and don't purchase from this company if they are even a real company.

Poor Customer Service and Weak Business Model

They have absolutely horrible customer service and they definitely have a site full of lies. First of all their site clearly states that orders will ship same day or next business day depending on the time it was placed. Placed 2 separate orders for 3 shoes. 6 days later, nothing has shipped. Reached out to customer service for a cancellation, which according to their FAQs on the site states that orders can be cancelled and refunded so long as they have not shipped, which they haven’t. Yet the person that responded to my request declined to do so and gave some bs excuse. And told me I basically have to wait 2 weeks just. For it to ship then go through the return process. I’m excuse me, your supply chain and production issues are not my problem as the consumer. So forcing me to be inconvenienced for your shortcomings in not acceptable. I will be disputing all charges with my card company since you all refuse to cancel and refund the order since nothing I paid for in received and you’re being difficult.

My last order never showed up

My last order never showed up. Company requires it be missing for 90 days before they will issue a refund or replacement. Im ay 112 days. Had to threaten company with FTC and BBB complaints to finally get my refund. Shoes are amazing if they ever show up

NIGHTMARE! Do not buy from this company!

If I could submit a negative rating for MLO shoes, I would. I ordered shoes for my daughter in July 2022 and after 8 months of false tracking information, refusing to provide any proof of shipping the product and refusal to refund the purchase price, the company has now given me a false claim of delivery.
DO NOT give this company your business. It is fraudulent.

1 star…less of an option. SCAM or the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE

What everyone else who gave a 1 star (or less of that was possible). No one calls, only emails (and THAT AFTER YOU AS THE CONSUMER REACH OUT) With some of the same jargon bull$!#@. The order has been shipped so no refund is available. They must be the first company with a shipping warehouse on Jupiter. 2 pairs ordered late Nov 22; I received one, but my grandson didn't like them.
TWELVE DOLLARS LOST IN RETURNING THEM. STILL no receipt of the 2nd pair, AS WELL the FREE" pair that was offered. I just want my money back.
This seems worth a class action lawsuit.

I bought these shoes in Dec 2022 and…

I bought these shoes in Dec 2022 and the first pair got lost. After email them 4 or 5 time. They would say they are on the way. Finally they sent me a new pair after 6-8 weeks later. They came in and they was to big. I emailed them and responce was you can return them but you pay for shipping but they have to go to China and the ups store said they don't ship to China and it will probally cost you 200.00 to send back. Or they said you pick them shoes and give to a friend and we will send you a new pair for 35.00. But they havent refunded them. I emailed them and they said you get two pair for 35.00. I am not the stupid. They want you pay 115.00 total for shoes. I emailed them several times and the people working there are stupid too. I would and will never buy them shoes and I contacted my credit card and they think they are crazy too. I am going to spread the word about these shoes.
