The delivery came on time but there was no card to say it had arrived and was in my safe place

Excellent Italian pasta and authentic ragus. For a unique and delicious alternative to chocolates I recommend Peluso Pistakì Pistachio and Almond Pastries and "Tris di Sicilia" Pastries from Sicily.

I no longer shop here because of the misleading information about the filler they use. Polystyrene is not biodegradable. You can't put it on your compost pile.It can take 100s of years to degrade into microplastics which pollution land and sea. It is not recyclable at home You cannot put into your kerbside bin. You have to send it to landfill If you put it into your kerbside bin the whole collection has to go to landfill.

Well packed EVOO olive oil but I was hoping for a product atleast within 12–18 months of being bottled. This product only has 16 weeks left on the BBE date. Unfortunately, it tastes rancid - similar to old oil and waxy tasting. It's unlikely any of the health benefits remain. I read that this is likely due to how it has been stored. I haven't bothered to request a refund because in their initial emails they state their refund policy:
"Unfortunately this promise does not extend to food products that are simply not to your liking. Our products have typically withstood the test of time with many thousands of happy customers each year, so if you do not like them this would not normally be grounds for a refund. Taste is very subjective and what one person may love, another may be disappointed with"

Seems like it's common and I can't be bothered chasing a refund. Overall, just disappointed I was hoping for a good quality product.

2 tins chestnut puree ordered, one completely caved in. Customer service replied with often dented, no problem, so no refund. After dicussion offered a refund if I return both tins and pay return postage so out of pocket. Have reported them to Trading Standards and tgey are now not talking to me. Not acceptable.

Easy to order but problem with the delivery as usual with Evri! Arrived 2 days later than it should have.
