It was a nice experience; easy approach, different options for payments and the communications all things were perfect. Being in Kabul, in such less developed struggle towards being more developed one is important which is Kabulreads and such brilliant ideas having teams are doing and handling well. My little advice would be to have a user/customer experience of Kabulreads iOS App from the team itself since I had a problem of signing into it.

My order was delivered in excellent time, right to my apartment door. There was good communication from KabulReads regarding my order--both through email & by phone. Thank you very much--

Reason for this rating is two considerations:
1.List of the available books on the KabulReads is not rich enough. A lot of important books are not available.

2. Printing quality of one of the books I purchased is very poor. You have served a physically damaged book.

I ordered two books so far. Their online service is simple and professional. They approached me humbly and professionally, and delivered the books to me in time. Prices are affordable. Wish them all the best in their business.

The book was delivered within 24 hours but the only con was the delivery guy who constantly called me asking for my address.

KabulReads has great services, especially, the shipment is excellent. However, sometimes, the books are not of good quality. It is better to deliver books of high quality for great customer feedback.

The variety that the kabulReads provide is quite diverse and I really like the delivery system it's fast it's efficient and plus the the prices that they offer for the books are affordable.

I was amazed to see an app for books in Kabul, your collection of books is very good but there is always space for development and making a larger collection. the delivery person was very polite and respectful. the books delivered were in very good condition.

I think kabulReads is a good online book store in Afghanistan, really no need to waste the time and go out for buying a book. but the quality of books is not satisfactory. as a suggestion please give the best quality of books for your customers.

Relatively better service. However, the book’s plastic wrap was poorly done, less protective against dust while delivering the books to customers.
