Some of the screw holes did not line up…

Some of the screw holes did not line up when attaching the post to the mailbox. Had to drill larger holes. This is not acceptable

Personalized mailbox

The site had a number of good mailboxes to choose from. Once ordered we were kept up to date on the expected arrival time. Some delays were noted early.

The product is even better than expected

The product is even better than expected. Customer service was excellent....I even received an email before production confirming the address requested as they found a conflicting spelling. Amazing!

The box arrived slightly damaged

The box arrived slightly damaged, but I didn’t think it was enough to damage the mailbox. When I opened it, all of the foam packing material was crumbling. The mailbox was in a plastic bag and for the most part, i thought it was ok. Upon closer inspection, the back of the mailbox was bent right where it’s supposed to attach to the house and the material is so strong that it couldn’t just be bent back to where it should be. The lid is very stiff when trying to open the mailbox. I don’t know if the bent part did something to the back plate that affected its ability to open and close, but it is VERY stiff. Over all it’s very attractive, but we’ll probably need to replace it.

Very nice mailbox... BUT

Very nice mailbox, as it should be at this price. However, I was damned disappointed to find that all the external plates, the addresses and monogram, were intended to be held on with essentially double-stick tape. There are nut plates on the plaques, the mailbox has drill points at the appropriate spots, but no hardware is included, so if you wanted to attach these correctly, you'd need to drill the box yourself, and then go to Lowe's and try to match appropriate bolts. That is unacceptable for a $600+ mailbox.

The only thing I dislike didn’t have…

The only thing I dislike didn’t have all the Allen screws to finish setting up mailbox. Had to run to home depot to pick up Allen screws. Not great experience when you spend over 500 dollar mailbox

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. I ordered a part for my mailbox and the wrong color plate was delivered. I immediately called and ask for an exchange and they said NO!
Who does business like this? It wasn’t even my fault! I had to spray paint it so it wasn’t a waste of money!!

We are required to adhere to their guidelines, which unfortunately do not allow for exchanges or returns on replacement parts like the door plaque you ordered. We understand that this policy may not align with your expectations, and we apologize for any disappointment it may have caused. Our team makes every effort to be sure the order is placed according to customer requests by verbally confirming the desired selections, as we recognize the importance of getting it right, especially on items for which this policy applies. We were given confirmation of Polished Brass as the preferred color and the order was placed as requested.

Of course, we are human too and we understand things change. In an effort to assist you, we had offered a resolution option. We had proposed providing a courtesy discount of 30% off the purchase of a Satin Nickel door plaque. This would bring the total cost to $55.30 instead of $79, and we would cover the shipping costs. We believed that this option would save you time and if there were returns available on this item, it would have been more cost effective as well.

We always strive to provide the best possible customer service within our capabilities, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback. We understand that mistakes happen, and we do our best to partner with our customers and manufacturers to ensure the best possible resolution for all parties involved. We will certainly pass along your feedback to our team and the manufacturer to evaluate if any changes can be made to our policies in the future.

We understand that you are dissatisfied with the resolution options we provided earlier, and we genuinely regret that we could not meet your expectations. We value your satisfaction as a customer, and we would like to offer our sincerest apologies once again.

Too-notch company with quality products!
