I am writing to express my absolute disgust at the service regarding parcel 15505470188322I. I have traveled all the way from New Zealand to Paisley to be with my mother-in-law in her final days of terminal cancer. I am under extreme stress, and the item being held is a medical tool for my mental health.
My parcel has been sitting in the Cambuslang depot—less than 10 miles from me—for 6 days. Every time I contact you, I am brushed off with "unexpected issues" or generic lies. To keep a person in my situation in a loop of automated responses while I am dealing with a family tragedy is shameful.
I need a human being to contact the Cambuslang Depot Manager immediately. I want my parcel delivered today, or I want authorization to collect it from the gate. Do not send me another automated tracking link.

Slightly disappointed with the product that I purchased, as not as robust as I would have thought for the price. However, that's not MV's fault and Alicia was very helpful in resolving this for me and also providing some guidance on better cleaning techniques in the future.
Although I won't buy the same product again, I will use MV when it comes to buying an upgrade

My boundless broke 3 months after purchase, Magic Vaporizers were quick to respond and send out a new device.

I ordered from Magic Vaporizers and never received my parcel.
Despite their use of a PIN delivery system, the driver never delivered the item – I confirmed the PIN through my intercom, and within minutes it was clear the parcel was nowhere on my property.
The company refuses to help, even though:
The delivery photo is not my house
No one opened my door
I have CCTV proving no delivery took place
My carer arrived minutes later and the parcel was nowhere to be found
Rather than acknowledge the failed delivery, Magic Vaporizers blamed me, told me to report a theft which it isnt, and claimed they had “fulfilled their obligations and are blocking me”. They also tried hiding behind GPS not even at my house location.
Under UK consumer law, retailers are responsible until the customer physically receives the goods — yet Magic Vaporizers refused a replacement or refund and even used poor language for a support agent against me for being autistic.
Very disappointing, especially for disabled customers who rely on carers. I’m now having to escalate to my bank, Trading Standards, and the ombudsman.
Shop elsewhere — if anything goes wrong, this company will not help you.

I ordered my vape in October and ran into a small problem with it. I contacted customer service, they were really quick to reply to me and the issue was quickly resolved. The communication from the customer service team was consistently polite and helpful. This is by far the best vape I have owned and would happily purchase again.
Premium Price, Used Product, Zero Customer Support
I ordered a Mighty+ from MagicVaporizers as a brand-new product. After a week, the package arrived and it immediately looked suspicious: the STORZ & BICKEL seal/sticker was torn, and the box looked resealed (clear seal/tape). When I checked the device itself, it was obvious this wasn’t new — the Mighty+ was dirty/used (I literally got black residue on my fingers) and the protective film on the screen was half peeled/torn.
What makes this even worse: the website says they don’t accept returns if the product has been opened… yet I received something that was clearly already opened and likely returned.
There’s no phone support, only email — and despite contacting support, I’m still waiting for a response and being completely ignored while they already have my money. Right now all I can do is wait.
Also, in my opinion the glowing reviews on their website look highly suspicious. People praise the “amazing customer service,” but that’s the exact opposite of my experience so far.
This is unacceptable for a premium device at a premium price. I strongly recommend filming/unboxing everything if you order from here.

I ordered a vapouriser on new year's…
I ordered a vapouriser on new year's eve and received it on 3rd of Jan. It did state next day delivery however due to the holiday season was some delays. I did contact magic vaporizers about this to query when my device would come and they replied explaining it would most likely be Monday things get rolling again but I received earlier on Saturday so all good and happy. Can't wait to test out the vapouriser. Oh and 2 refresher bars will go nicely after a vape😂 nice little touch to the packaging. Beats all competitions prices so can't go wrong really
