Was purchchasing an Item at 25.12.2025. Money was send 29.01.2025.
Only after multible requests about the whereabout of the item they told me arrival will be likely 08.01.-10.01.2026. Thats around 17 days btw. After complaining they told me jokes on me it was a Pre Order anyway shipping will be 30.01.2026. LOL. I insta requested my money back. The preorder info defenetly didnt show up when i purchased. But they now included an shipping date disclaimer. Very sus and scummy. Wouldnt recommend

Tvape is a professional and reliable shop. Their communication is clear, shipping is fast, and thanks to their store I was able to purchase a product that is normally available almost only in the USA. I really appreciate how smoothly everything went.
I also had to request support for a technical issue with my Pulsar 510 DL Pipe, and the warranty process was handled exceptionally well. Ahmed K handled my case with great professionalism, responded quickly, and processed the warranty claim without any unnecessary complications. The replacement unit arrived very fast, and the whole process was smooth and clear.
