Paid for next day delivery

Paid for next day delivery. Received no same day tracking number as promised. Next day, still silence. Made contact using the web form (no phone number of course, and no social media presence) but no response there either. No comms from them whatsoever to update me about delays #UK475931

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service! I had an issue with my vaporiser I contacted support and Alicia has been absolutely fantastic , fast responses very polite and actively helpful. I would highly recommend this company for any vaping needs.

Incapable of next day delivery lies!!!!!

Second edit: received faulty vape!!! After all the lies as well. Asked fo full refund awaiting response! Pitty you can't give zero stars

Edit: just found out they informed my mate that's ordered same time and in the same position that apparently dpd tracking is down which is a lie again after speaking directly with dpd themselves they've never received anything from them!!!

Ordered 14th and received dispatch email on 16th stating it had been dispatched.
It has not been dispatched at all, dpd have not received it. Have spoken with dpd and they have said it's not been received but label and tracking was created.
Magic vapourizers seem to have many reviews with issues such as this and not making good on their next day delivery.
No contact number to speak to anyone it's exclusively email contact only which is ridiculous!
Seems like they just want your money then don't give a f!!
Will be reporting to the ombudsman, authorities and my bank as fraudulent if not dealt with today.

Buyers beware!!!! The next day delivery is a load of crap, I have mates in the same boat waiting on orders and have received dispatch email but hasn't actually been dispatched.

OBVIOUSLY NOT A TRUST WORTH COMPANY!!!

Two orders now, both horrendous experiences.

Two orders now, both absolutely horrendous experiences. Completely ignore the content of emails, classic passive aggression. It's just rude, obnoxious, unnecessary, and a waste of time.

Device has off smell to it. Burn offs not working, used ginger as advised. Device now tastes like ginger, still get the off smell from the oven after use. I was completely reasonable and said I'd try using it a few more times but if the smell didn't go away I'd want a refund. Alicia (the rep) of course ignores everything I say and tells me to do the ginger again, even though I've already explained covering up the smell isnt good enough, and now the vape just tastes of ginger.

Definitely not using them again. Obviously have had enough success to let standards drop. It's always the same customer service rep, which seems odd considering how popular they are. - Customer service obviously not a priority.

I've used several battery vapes, none had this smell remain after the burn offs, nevermind after extra burn offs, dried ginger etc.

Magic vaporizer… best around

I ordered myself S&B venty yesterday but I was 20 mins past the 2 o’clock next day delivery cut off time… however the legends at magic vaporizers still managed to get my order sent out the same day and I received it today, I’m very happy with my items and honestly couldn’t ask for a better customer experience I will definitely be back in the near future and would 1 million percent recommend to anyone looking for your vaping needs 🙌👌

Excellent customer service

Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I had an issue with an item breaking and was sent a replacement straight away.
After a lot of research, they also have the best prices by some way.
Alicia in particular was amazing. She answered every one of my 100 questions.
I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to friends.
Trust pilot removed my review from November as they thought it was fake. Your AI fraud detection doesn't work.

Just incredible

Ok so where to start. Firstly the cheapest place for the mighty plus. Second the add ons all discounted to make it more convenient to buy all in one place. Then the DPD next day delivery on a Saturday. But the icing on the cake. Baring in mind I bought a vape for LEGAL prescription flower! They gave me refreshers 😂😂 Absolutley on point. You guys are amazing 🙏

A really great company

A really great company! Placed my order on Friday and expected it Monday (as Saturday is not a working day), despite free delivery, it was delivered on Saturday by DPD at no cost to me.
I can honestly say order from them and they will exceed your expectations! I NEVER leave reviews, but they have really impressed me, I will use again and have already recommended them.

It's a gamble buying from them. Good luck!

Happy to take hundreds of pounds on a few purchases, but terrible when there's an issue.
So it's pot luck. If you're lucky enough not to have any issues with the product or delivery, then you're all good.
But if there's an issue with anything, then they put everything they have into refusing any kind of refund.
I dearly wish I'd gone with a different company.
Only buy from them if you're okay with writing-off your money if there's any kind of issue.

I got a refund after many many emails to the manufacture and magic vaporisers. It took weeks to speak to both.
I would give a better rating if the return process was quicker.
