I rented a car from enterprise for 16…
I rented a car from enterprise for 16 days, the price was not cheap but ok. The processing at Bari Airport was done by Locauto, what we did not knew before. The staff at Bari Airport was friendly, the rental process was easy and fast. Unfortunately we got an older Fiat, which broke down some days later due to mechanical failure..we had to call the road assistance which towed the car...on the next day we traveled back to Bari Airport to get a new car without hesitation. Fortunately the new car was quite new and modern and the rest of our vacation was without car problems. In my opinion it is not longer up to date to use older cars ,which are endangered to have serious technical issues. The return process at Bari Airport was easy and fast.

Great car and service.
Vehicle was almost new with only 1800km on it. Fully equipped and clean. Had no issues throughout the 10 days we had the car.
Staff were nice and very easy to deal with. Plus both times each person spoke perfect English.

I was highly impressed by the customer service. The staff members were incredibly fast, efficient, and professional. The pickup and drop-off processes were seamless. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the car. The interior was dirty, featuring hair on the seats and greasy stains on the steering wheel and display. I actually had to buy a degreaser and a microfiber cloth from a nearby shop to clean it myself before driving. I would rate the staff 5 stars, but the vehicle prep needs serious attention.

There were no problems with the rental
There were no problems with the rental. The car worked. There was a slight uncertainty that I received the car with 15 surface damages, I was thinking of a more spared piece.
