Everything went well, received a nice car, good for our needs and luggage, and there were no problems at all.
We took of course the highest insurance option, to be care free of possible accidents or misbehaved drivers, parking real close.

Booking process i did not like, since you have to upload a lot of pics with driver license and etc., and in the end were not there into our account. Probably a bug in their software.

We were provided with a brilliant, immaculate car with a full tank of fuel, and the whole experience was incredibly smooth and hassle-free.

The staff were extremely helpful and connected my iPhone to the car’s navigation system, meaning I didn’t need to use my mobile while driving. I simply searched for our destinations on Google Maps, and the directions appeared straight onto the car’s built-in satnav — so convenient and easy!

The car itself was incredibly reliable and didn’t cause us a single issue throughout the 11 days we had it. It was comfortable, easy to drive and very straightforward to manage.

We would highly recommend using Volkswagen and Locauto and would definitely use them again on our next trip. A fantastic experience all round! 🚗✨

Easy to find at Bari airport but tricky to find the correct entrance to drop off at Brindisi airport.

Rented a car at Bari which broke down after one day. Was then asked to pick up a substitute car in Lecce. The new car was a down grade so I requested a refund of the price difference. After 6 weeks I'm still waiting for a reply on my complaint and money back.

The pick-up and returning of the car was very easy. And the car rental is very close to the exit of the airport.

Convenient service and friendly staff. The car was handed over and returned very quickly. I had the most basic Fiat Panda. The fuel tank wasn’t completely full, and the car wasn’t exactly new, but they accepted it back without any questions about the condition of the interior — there was quite a lot of sand on the floor from going to the beach.

So, for what I needed, it was a perfect experience.

I don’t know whether I would choose Loco auto next time because of first car was total disaster, I wasn’t seen awful and uncleared car. Then I received absolutely awful unclear seat with destroyed cover for my sone. I would not borrow this car and seat to my enemy.

Second car was significantly better but procol didn’t contained all notes about all damages, it was needed to report it to and extend the protocol. Second seat was also better, but …..

Simply it is hard to trust this company because at the end I had a discussion about state of fuel, because requested wasto have it full filled, exactly full filled, but I didn’t receive call full filled. Luckily I had photo documentation for this.

Loco auto team in Bari is totally untrustworthy and tragic.
