There were no problems with the rental. The car worked. There was a slight uncertainty that I received the car with 15 surface damages, I was thinking of a more spared piece.

Great and fast service, reliable engine, but the car struggled on Puglia's rough roads. The interior had an unpleasant odour and was not in the best condition.

The pick-up and drop-off process was smooth and well organized. The documentation was clear and easy to understand, and the car was in good condition with no issues throughout the rental. I would definitely recommend this company.
The only suggestion for improvement is to update the check-in location on Booking, as the address shown on the map is different from the actual pick-up location.

Regarding your comment on vehicle damages, we would like to clarify that, in accordance with our Damage Policy, minor marks or scratches smaller than 5 cm on the bodywork are considered normal wear and tear and are therefore not recorded on the check-in report.
However, we always offer to our customers teh joint check-of the car at pickup, and our staff is always available to note any existing damage if requested.

I had another great experience with this car rental company. This is the second time I've used their service, and once again everything was excellent.
