Unfair treatment of existing customers
As a long standing customer of Lloyds the renewal quote for house insurance was a massive increase on previous year. However online purchase was considerably cheaper. Why can't these rates be offered to existing customers - very unfair treatment

Outstanding customer service
Had to make a claim on my house contents insurance with Saga . Lloyds were the insurers . Oh my goodness Sheldon ! So helpful friendly and completely reassuring. Going through the questions he was very patient and understanding. Everything was sorted and I had the money in my account within days . Couldn't recommend highly enough after such a positive experience . Thank you 🤩
