Ordered personalised necklaces with my deceased family member's signature on it. They were made and delivered in less than 48 hours and they turned out much better than I could have imagined and they are now a beloved memory of a lost loved one. They really are beautiful. The chain has two clasp points so are adjustable but to be honest the chain is a little on the short side. The chain can be changed out for your own though so not the end of the world. All in all, I'm really impressed with the end product and happy with the turnaround time. Also happy to shop local! Thank you so much LilyWho - I will definitely be a returning customer.

Got four nice necklaces, came packaged nicely in lilywho boxes which make them ideal for a gift. On two of the necklaces I found the pendants small but I am sure that was in the necklace description if I read it

I had read reviews before ordering with Lilywho and was so impressed. However, upon ordering from them myself, I could not believe how fantastic they are to deal with, and how enjoyable the shopping experience was. I needed a gift to be delivered by the end of the week so contacted the customer service team to ask if it could be delivered ASAP. I was advised that they would ship my order the same day, and the following morning, less than 24 hours after ordering, I received my order. It was a personalised necklace for a special birthday and came beautifully packaged. I couldn't recommend Lilywho enough and will be purchasing all of my jewelry from them from now on.
