We’re fiercely proud of our high expectations when it comes to the condition of our watches; we make a point of always having the country’s best examples of pre-owned and vintage wristwatches in stock. We do not re-paint the dials of vintage watches, nor do we heavily polish the cases. As with old furniture and motor-cars, original finish is pre-eminent. We understand that buying a good watch can be a significant moment in our customers’ lives, we do not place ordinary commerce ahead of pure experience.

Patek Gondola excellent experience.

I'd been waiting for this Patek Gondola to appear on the UK market for quite some time and the example at The Watch Club was exquisite, It was a pleasure to deal with Matt who was a perfect emissary for the Company. The price agreed was very fair and the watch arrived in superfast time. Well done.

Efficient and friendly

Efficient and friendly.

Found the watch I wanted after a walk-in. Explained that I wanted to do a partial trade-in. They were reasonable in the value ascribed for my watch.

Overall a fair and professional experience.

Great price and service.

Just bought a reverso Duoface from The Watch club and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The watch was great value and was delivered the day after I bought it. It arrived exactly as described. As a collector I’ll happily buy from them again.

I recently bought a watch from the Watch Club via Chrono24 and couldn’t be happier with it. Matt was helpful and responsive and the watch arrived absolutely as described and shown on the site. Altogether a great experience dealing with the Watch Club and I expect I’ll be back! Thank you.

I visited The Watch Club to view a watch they had in stock. They were very helpful, had good knowledge and assisted in getting the deal done. I spoke to Melanie who was very helpful the whole way. I would highly recommend them.

Takes over a month to arrive!

I ordered my husband a watch for Christmas on November 30th and it was not here in time for Christmas yesterday. Customer service cannot tell me when it will arrive. They did, however, already charge my account for the purchase nearly a month ago. Horrible experience with this company.

I had an excellent experience with The Watch Club. From my initial dealing with Maria, to making the actual purchase with Andrew.... Both were a pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly and genuinely knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pressure when it came to making a purchase, just honest advice and a clear passion for what they do. The whole process was smooth, transparent and enjoyable from start to finish.

Highly recommended, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Excellent Sales Service

I made my second purchase recently through the Watch Club, and was met with the same stellar level of service as experienced nearly 10 years ago. Although this time I had transacted online given I now live in Asia, however Matt got in touch with me to provide a personal touch and to also help me out with some questions. He also went extra yards to help me obtain some details from my original purchase which had been misplaced over the years. The new watch was dispatched almost immediately and arrived the following day to my UK address. Couldn’t ask for much more, and will be returning for my third purchase when the time comes.
