Bob stepped in at late notice to help us with our transfer when our previous arrangement broke down. He was responsive and clear in his communications (telephone, text, email) including all the necessary paperwork. He liaised with the two clinics and made it happen for us. Fair price based on the short notice he had. Thank you Bob/Life on Ice!

LOI/Bob came very highly recommended from my previous clinic, I have to say I found the process itself very overwhelming; thankfully Bob put my mind at ease straight away with his kind nature and superior knowledge of the overall process including additional information on his initial contact email. I immediately felt less pressure and that this wasn't 'just another job' which is super important when going through fertility treatment- everything can feel very sensitive. The service was seamless upto the final shipment date, which I really appreciated. Bob would keep me updated alongside his constant communication with both my new & old clinic- including the paperwork (!!) which again I really appreciated. The price was super reasonable & great value, plus it's important to say Bob will kindly work with you, which is so supportive during a time when you can feel asthough costs are never ending! I knew I could just relax (and focus on other things) whilst the shipment was taken care of. My sample was delivered yesterday, and I can now proceed with treatment- I can't thank Bob enough for his personable & professional service, it meant so much to me and I genuinely appreciate it. I would highly recommend, and very much trust Life on Ice and Bob. Fantastic service!!

Bob got back to me straight away after my initial enquiry. He liaised between both clinics to arrange pick up and drop off and I felt totally comfortable he was going to manage the transport well, which he did. Price was reasonable which included all insurance for comfort. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Had to transfer my eggs from one clinic to another, both clinics gave me a list of couriers I could use and Life on Ice was on both lists, hence I chose to use them. The whole process was smooth, Life on Ice arranged the time with both clinics, and I get notifications from all parties on the day, which provided a peace of mind for me. Would definitely recommend.

I felt like i had no clue what to do or where to start i found life on ice through a google search and decided to call and ask a few question as finding information outwith was so minimal i felt lost however on speaking to Bob i felt immediately at ease no question was a silly one i was very anxious about the whole process i knew in that moment i’d be using life on ice to move our samples from Dundee to Aberdeen the process was simple and very efficient i didn’t shop around as i was happy with the quotation Bob text me directly during the morning of the move this was a great help i’d recommend there service to anyone it really was 5 star! fingers crossed the next stage in our journey goes as smooth thanks again Bob and team

Bob from Life on Ice was helpful from my first phone call and gave me time to ask questions and answered them in an honest and kind way.
I spoke to several courier companies and he came across as the most empathic and doing it for the right reasons.
I feel that the price was fair and though wasn’t the cheapest, when I take into consideration that they travel from Dundee, this was of course going to cost slightly more as my transport was from London to the South East. Bob also managed to reduce this by combining part of the transport cost to London with another job.
Bob communicated well and actioned my request as soon as I had sent him my consent form.
The job was complete within around 2 weeks, which was the shortest possible time frame to sync up the 2 clinics transfer days.
Bob let me know by text as soon as it had arrived safely at the receiving clinic with no issues.
I would recommend this courier service, it’s family run and I would use them again if I needed this service.

Bob has been really helpful and responsive through the process. We enquired an oversea transportation about a year ago and due to covid situation had to wait for a bit, but very happy that the process went smoothly and arrived into UK. Strongly recommend, could not be happier!
