Life On Ice recently transferred our embryos from London to Glasgow. Bob’s communication was clear and professional and he liaised with the clinics on our behalf to arrange the transfer as soon as possible. We received a message from their courier at pick up, midpoint and at delivery. Upon request Bob also provided a summary of hourly temperature data during the travel for our reassurance. Life on Ice was also by far the most competitive company price wise for hand delivered service provided. Would 100% recommend.
