There are a few options so choosing a courier was quite difficult initially! However, Bob and his team put our minds at ease from the moment of we got in touch and kept us updated throug Whatsapp throughout the whole transfer which I don't believe the others offer. He even sent through the temperature graph to show that the previous cargo stayed well within the accepted range, all went as smoothly as it possibly could have and we are eternally grateful to Bob and his team for their help

Excellent service, extremely good communication and made it an easy process. Took the stress and worry out of it for me. I had more communication from Bob than from the 2 clinics I was import/exporting, and it really reassured me my eggs were in safe hands in transit. I can't fault them and would definitely use Life on Ice again if I ever need them.

Slightly on the pricey side compared to some other quotes (mostly from generic couriers rather than specialists) we received but it was clear even from just the initial communications that the service Life on Ice provide is on another level compared to others.

Given that the cargo being transported by Life on Ice is as important as you can get, you naturally want a specialised courier and I struggle to believe that you would be able to get a better service from any other company.

We had no idea about cryogenic delivery before using this service. Our clinic recommended six different companies, we asked all of them for quotes & some questions. We chose Life on Ice because they were affordable and, by far, the best when it came to communication. Even emails sent in the evening were replied to quickly, which we didn’t expect. Most importantly our delivery arrived safely. Excellent communication and customer service throughout.

Our experience with Life on Ice was excellent from start to finish. We were transferring eggs from Scotland to England, and they came recommended by both clinics. Communication was clear and responses always timely. I was kept up to date through the whole process, and everything just felt really straightforward, which is what you want when dealing with everything else, fertility!
