From start to finish I was notified of all of the steps of this project. This company is amazing. The only thing I wasn’t happy with is the audio it did not come out. The Legacy box is truly amazing. My 33 year old son passed away suddenly and this means everything to me. Thank you again.

Extremely disappointed. Purchased a Groupon for $67. They claim $250 value. When went to purchase, it is same price they offer discount to everyone. Very lame!

Huge Waste of My Time
I was extremely disappointed to find that after spending hours getting my pictures into a certain order so that they would easly play thru my frame, they came back on the drive in a complete jumble. It's as if they threw all of my pictures on the floor and and just randomly scanned them. Since each is numerically named on the drive, I have to download them to my computer, spend more hours re-organizing and re-naming them so that they will stay in that order, then upload them back to a drive. Very disappointed. All the companies can scan.

Most of the order was fine except one of my 8MM tapes from 1994 never got copied to the DVD Disk. The DVD that was supposed to contain this video had repeated clips from other DVD's that were completed.

I'm sorry that you were not able to watch the 1994 footage on the DVDs that we made. We'll be happy to help with this, but that process can be a little difficult since the order was completed more than a year ago. It looks like we captured a full 2 hours of footage from both of the tapes that you mentioned, and that's all the footage that a Hi8 tape can hold. We're going to reach out to your open email conversation again with some options that will help determine what's happening here and possibly redigitize the tapes. We look forward to hearing from you.

Everything happened so quickly! Within one week you received my tapes, digitized them, and had them on cloud storage emailed to me! And the originals and USB were on their way back to me! Watching the memories I thought I would never see again has made this gal very happy! Thank you!
