Absolutely wonderful service
Absolutely wonderful service. Sent in old VCR tapes and mini DV and a few mini 8? things I don't know the name of....I hadn't heard my husband's voice in about 28 years or so. To see him and hear him was absolutely wonderful! Along with so many family members that have since passed. And it was a quick turn around and I was notified of each step of the process. If you have been thinking of doing it...DO IT! Those tapes are just getting moldy in that box under your bed or in the basement. Do it before its too late....these memories will last beyond my lifetime and will be shared with family that really will appreciate it. Thank you so very much!

Responsive Customer Service
We ordered Legacy Box about 3 years ago and had results on a jump drive. Every time we’d try watch got “error” massages. Finally after continuous frustration called Legacy Box to see if they had our media saved to get in the cloud. They did not but offered to re-do if we paid shipping and tax. Sent us the media box, re-tagged and sent back. There was some additional charges for added media over 40 items but base charges were still comped.
After about a week completed the transfers and was able to see all our old media and photos on their cloud site. After initial frustration now have all of our years of memories to see and share with the family.

I have been trying for a week to login to my account. I forgot the password and when I choose "Forgot Password" no email is ever sent. I have contacted Support but they only respond every other day, and have not been helpful.
Support has responded to this complaint so I hope to have some positive results soon.
