I cannot recommend Forever Studios highly enough. I’ve already shared their name with several people who were hesitant about trusting someone else with their cherished memories. In fact, I recently recommended them to my boss, who had been putting off transferring her movies to a flash drive due to her fear of something happening to her precious memories that cannot be replaced.

My experience with Forever Studios was seamless from start to finish. After placing my order online, I received the packing box and labels within just a few days. The instructions for labeling my reels were clear and easy to follow. I dropped everything off at UPS, received a tracking number, and the process was underway.

About a week later, I received a call from their team informing me that several of the boxes I had sent were empty. I hadn’t realized that some of those reels had already been transferred years ago. They proactively let me know and issued a refund for those empty reels—totaling $235. I truly appreciated their honesty, as I would not have known otherwise.

While the estimated turnaround time was 6 to 8 weeks, I received my flash drive in just about 3 weeks. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased with the final product.

After spending considerable time researching companies that offer this service at a reasonable cost, I found Forever Studios to be both the most affordable and highly rated—and I’m so glad I chose them.

I made an online order on 01/19/2026 for transferring one VHS tape into digital file (I even paid extra $5 for gold enhancement). It took more than two weeks to receive and return the shipping box from and back to Foreverstudios (02/03). I waited for another 18 days (02/21) before receiving the finished by downloading from the cloud.
Despite the long waiting, the result of the tape transfer is horrible: a blue screen appears every 5-10 seconds that makes the video unwatchable.
After receiving my tape back from Foreverstudios, I brought it to a local shop to check if it is my VHS tape at fault, but it's not. The tape plays fine and video/sound quality is pretty good, so I let the shop to do the digital transfer for me. I received the digital transferred file within a week and the quality is more than satisfactory. The new file is 5 giga bytes in size, while the one did by Foreverstudios is a little more than 1 gigabytes.
I made a formal complaint to Foreverstudios and asked for a refund, but got no response. I'm really disappointed with Foreverstudios, wasting time and monry.

I can't recommend Forever Studios enough. The professionalism and care they put into my request was beyond my imagination. I started with wanting to transfer a 8 mm video to digital as a surprise for my sister. I was very nervous about giving it to anyone because this video was priceless because it was of her son who passed away and I couldn't let anything happen to it. After speaking to Stan and Gaby, my fears were put to ease. They walked me right through the process. So, I thought well if they can do that can they help me with a picture of my younger sister and I that was taken at the fair in the early 70's that got water damage to it. I sent them a copy of the original, a copy of the button that also had the picture and I sent them an AI version from Gemini. They restored the picture to the exact original. I order a printed copy and I will surprise that sister with that photo. Now, I am on a roll. So, while on the phone with Gaby, I presented her with the impossible. My sister (the first one in this review) had a graduation picture that was lost. She posted that picture on Facebook. I downloaded that picture to my phone and sent it to Gaby and asked if they could restore it. What makes it impossible, the picture had 3 wallet size pictures in 3 of the corners of the frame that covered some of the graduation picture. They were able to restore it with no problem. They also took one of the wallet size pictures that was the cap and grown picture and created a 8x10 for me. I was simply amazed at how they were able to tears to my eyes. I wish I could post pictures of the before and after because this review doesn't do them justice on what they can do. I will always refer them and go back for any other needs I may have. After giving Forever Studios several important projects and pieces of our family history, my experience has been just wonderful. Any questions or concerns I had were answered and taken care off immediately. My special requests were all handled and they even went ABOVE & BEYOND, I was reached out to personally by senior staff like their General Manager and even the CEO which really tells me this company cares about the customer experience and getting it done right. Highly recommend!

After 44 years of marriage, I wished to surprise my wife (Sally) with an astonishing anniversary gift. It was not to be another household item, a trip, piece of jewelry, or even a new car. I wanted to create a moment that would spontaneously replay her life’s most precious memories. Searching through storage, I came across an old faded and tattered photo. It was her mom, who passed a decade ago. Their bond was so inseparable, we frequently rehash many precious moments. Ah ha, an idea. What if this old photo could be brought back to life.
This is when I discovered Forever Studios. I shared the photo and my desires with them. Sally’s gift, absent of her awareness, was now in progress. I started with an idea; Forever Studios then performed magic that exceeded my expectations.
Presenting the restored and modified photo to Sally was truly an emotional moment. We were both overwhelmed with sentiments. While it did not bring her mom back, one would have thought so. Forever Studios created a gift that my wife will cherish for life.

Forever Studios is a company that really seems to care a lot about their customers. It's amazing to get a good product and good customer service in the same place these days when it feels like everyone is trying to rip you off. I've used them for a tape project, a photo restoration of my relatives from Italy, and for printing some photography work I did. In each case the work was excellent. I have some artwork that I've been working on lately, and I wonder what they might be able to do with that? Anyway, I really love Forever Studios.

We found an old box of 8mm film reels. They were nice enough to make sure they were ok to be transferred before I paid. The prices were reasonable. We were really surprised by the quality. It was great just plugging the thumb drive into our living room tv and watching our childhood.

We have some more photos and stuff to digitize and will definitely go back to forever studios. Thanks.

Hi I’m not sure where to begin. First of all I took my mothers albums in to make into dvds as a surprise for her as she is 91 and used to be a singer. This has been a total nightmare….. something so exciting turning into a nightmare I returned 11 dvds that were doubles and triples some of which I kept. I dropped off all albums and 2 cassette tapes one of which was never copied so I had to take back the cassette (that is ). I finally received it back and that is fine ….the others not so much….everytime I call for the owner he is either out of town in a meeting or the final one was he was at his sons I think game and couldn’t talk, but her burnt up my phone with texts which I still have….he never returns calls maybe one time. I will say that the mgr is excellent and I would definitely give him five stars, but his hands are tied. I finally yesterday had to block the owner, because he is unreasonable and blowing up my cell I only went there because of the rating.I will say that they copied dvd movies also and that went smooth, but this…. no way its been months I actually ordered the movies before the albums…I just want my money back for the doubles and triples that is all

They did a great job with my photo book scanning. We got to tour the back facility and was very surprised with all they can do there. Highly recommend!

I am still amazed how good the restoration was done. The corner of the picture was actually missing, the artist made outstanding work, recreating it. Faces look at the very natural, but at the same time sharp and clear. I also ordered custom made frame and customized sign. It became my grandma's favorite present!! She even shared happy tears looking at it. Heartwarming! Thank you forever Studios!
