My agent is Joe and he is always approachable, quick to respond, understanding and sympathetic. He manages two of my properties and whilst things can be challenging, I know I have Joe to rely on. I have really grown to appreciate his hard work and dedication.

Swift, helpful and understanding. I've rented through Lamont on two separats occasions and have been satisfied with how they operate. David facilitated a smooth process
for my recent tenancy and any questions I had. A few initial maintenance issues around appliances have also been very quickly resolved. Tas has also been available and supportive of queries/issues now and in my previous experience. Overall, they are very good communicators.

I recently worked with Samuel F at Lamont & Co during a tenant changeover at my property, and I was very impressed with the way he handled everything.

The lettings company did a good job in promptly arranging a viewing for me, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the communication regarding the property I was initially interested in. Although I had expressed my interest on the day, I was later informed that someone else had already placed a holding deposit. It would have been helpful to know that other viewings were ongoing and that the property could be secured quickly, as this might have allowed me to act sooner.
Additionally, I found it inconvenient that I could not reach the agent directly. Each time I called, I was redirected to the main office line and had to leave a message for a callback. Interestingly, when the agent returned my call, it still appeared as the same general company number, which made direct communication difficult.
Overall, my experience was positive, but it would have been significantly better with clearer communication and easier access to the agent.
