Friendly, attentive and professional staff at the Jermyn Street shop. I bought the Laird Pork Pie hat which I'm very pleased with.

I ordered a Shelby baker boy cap am very happy with it and a week after I got it I get another one Laird Hatters send by mistake which they said could keep it as a spare. Very lovely gesture!
The customer service was great as well, always a good greeting and answer all kind of questions! I am strongly recommending Laird Hatters and I will definitely buy from their store again!

I have the Duckbill Cap wool black for almost a year and I can confirm the quality and comfort is great.
I recently purchased the Duckbill Cap Cotton in black form one of their shops and very pleased with the quality and comfort ad well.

The cap either the wool or the cotton is comfortable to wear, easy to maintain (aways follow the guidance and instructions)

The hat i ordered was received in a very short time and was excellent quality. Unfortunately as it was my first time purchasing a hat i ordered the wrong size (completely my fault)

Simply returned the hat using the returns slip provided and had received my exchange in only a few days (no quibbles)

Whilst I'm always surprised at how much the hats cost I am never upset with my purchase. I'm on my third style from them that has been fitted properly in the shop with opinions from the staff on fit and suitability for my frame etc. A wonderful addition to the high street for anyone not wanting to accidentally look like they are enjoying their hat provided shade in Benidorm.

I got the Thomas Bakersboy cap and it looks beautiful on. It is so well made and styled just right. Too notch!

I bought an online exclusive hat, the Tactile Sicilian. I love the hat. I'm normally a 58cm but the 59cm was a perfect fit. It's way cooler/more stylish than your average flat cap. It's not like a Bakerboy, but also a little less slim than your standard flat cap. I'm hoping they do a winter version that isn't tweed, maybe corduroy or a plain wool. Packaging was good and despatch was quicker than expected. I'll be getting more hats from Laird Hatters for sure.

Laird are my favourite hat maker. I have close to 30 of their creations from linen summer newsboy caps to smart cashmere trilbys. Highly recommended by me.

Loved the quality and look of the hats so i purchased one. My wife liked it so much, we went back and purchased one for her. Had a great conversation and found out the gentleman who sold us hats, had spent time in USA in Maryland not far from us. Small world.

Visited the Sherwood St. Location in Piccadilly Circus on a family trip to London. Absolutely great service and selection. The quality of the hats and caps is top-notch. I have ordered more since returning to Canada - International shipping and duties be damned!!

My Kenyan girlfriend and I were visiting Covent Garden when we chanced upon the Laird shop! What a hospitable welcome we had. Just browsing but the whole experience was so great that we bought a cap for her which is now in Nairobi! Fabulous quality, brilliant service, thanks!!

Bought a Panama Hat for my wife to wear for the summer. We had a short relaxing break in Spain at the end of April and then a more energetic trip in June to Berlin, Munich and Rome. With temperatures in the high 30s the hat was a god-send. My wife loved it. It was light, cool, easily survived the rigours of the trip, still looking elegant and stylish.

I was recommended to Laird by a friend about two years ago, having never bought a quality hat before...and in the ensuing time, I am now the proud owner of eight different hats from there! Every time I've been into one of their stores, there's a huge range of stylish headwear, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the quality of everything I have bought has been absolutely top notch! I'm definitely an advocate and no doubt will be popping back in again soon!

Was a gift for someone. Was easy to navigate the site to find the right product. The product that arrived was timely and efficient. Would definitely use again.

My most recent purchase was my fourth Sicilian flat cap. Absolutely perfect.
The gentleman in the Covent Garden store gave me some great advice at the beginning of my Laird journey: go for contrast. So helpful because I was going down the blind alley of trying to match colours with my existing wardrobe. This advice is still helpful for me now as a seasoned Laird customer.
Only one criticism: a number of your lines only go up to 61. I’m a 63. I so wanted to purchase a crushable wool fedora earlier this year but the best you could offer was stretching a 61 which seemed a bit sub optimal for a £100+ hat.

The team at the Jermyn Street location was top notch. They were very helpful and took great care to ensure we had a great experience and selected the correct sizes for the caps and the shirt. I would highly recommend Laird for the quality and style of their products and the service provided by the staff.
