Lovely friendly and efficient staff, excellent treatment, really pleased with results, highly recommended.

I got an appointment quickly for a skin issue, immaculate clinic room. Hopefully the treatment will work, so far so good.

I have been a platinum member since September 2025 and it is worth every penny. As an ongoing treatment plan with Dr Victoria, I have had a mixture of Botox, polynucleotides, Morpheus 8 and Sculptra. As a 48 year old woman, my face and neck where showing signs of aging. So far the results have been astounding. So good for my confidence and wellbeing. And it will just keep improving. I trust all of them completely and I am eternally grateful for their caring nature, professionalism and expertise. I love my appointments and can't wait for the next one. Thankyou ladies xxxxx

The procedure itself was handled with excellent care and precision, and I felt confident I was in safe hands the entire time. The results have been fantastic, exceeding my expectations, and I’ve already noticed a positive difference.

I have been going to Kaizen for a number of years and have been very happy with the treatments I have had there. I have had hydrafacials which are a very effective non invasive treatment and Danika has always been very professional and flexible to my needs. I have also had Botox done by Emma who has a nursing background and she is very precise and methodical in her approach and also gives me a great result. This medical salon is excellent.

The online booking process was very easy online, the staff excellent on arrival and Mr Ashton was a very knowledgeable Consultant. I found him engaging, caring, and an absolute gentleman.

Always friendly, had my record handy, explained my problem and gave me a prescription to treat it. Parking was my only difficulty!

I have seen Dr Ashton a number of times and always appreciate his quick diagnosis and immediate surgery to remove the affected area. Of course this can be done via the NHS but it takes so…. long and the worry amplifies. Kaizen staff were very friendly, informative and professional.
