I needed help with Umrah informations, including the prices and all of that and Eisha really was of a great help for me.

I have travelled in the middle of the Middle East crisis for the umrah purpose, so it was a little bit of a hassle and got a little more expensive than what I initially paid. But over all experience was beautiful a little ups & downs are normal when you’re outta your comfort zone, but Mr. Yahya has always been available on WhatsApp 24*7 throughout my trip for all kinds supports. He has done fantastic job and highly communicative. Keep up the good work buddy, thanks again.

Kaabah tours is a great place to meet your Hajj and Umrah needs. We just got back from Umrah and the whole experience was amazing.

Our agent Muniba was very prompt in answering all our queries and making sure we have a seamless experience.
She clearly understood our hotel and flight plan, budget expectations and schedules.
I don’t know how many times I have reached out to her and she happily addressed my concerns, even when we were in Saudi Arabia in a different time zone.

His communication was clear and consistent, and he genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great experience.

The trip to Makkah and Madina was well organized, and thanks to Yahya’s support, we were able to focus on our عبادات without worrying about logistics. Even when small issues came up, he was quick to respond and assist, which really shows his commitment to customer service.

I just came back from Umrah and can not explain in words, how much I am thankful to Kaabah Tours, my whole trip was planned by Sheeba, a very humble and patient person, who fully understood my needs and preferences and did an excellent job, made everything so easy for us. I was travelling with my old aged parents, both are around 80, I was very stressed before my Umrah. But Alhamdulilah everything from Airport departure to coming back home, all went smoothly. She remained in contact throughout our tour. Really appreciate her dedication and efforts towards her clients. JazakaAllah🙏🙏🙏

While we appreciate your reply, we must clarify several inaccuracies, as your explanation does not reflect what actually occurred.

Firstly, the package category was never properly discussed or agreed upon at the time of booking. At no point were we provided with any document or written confirmation stating whether the package was 4-star, 5-star, or otherwise. We were not given clear options or a breakdown of categories before the booking was made. In fact, pricing and package details were only revisited after the issue with the travel dates came to light. It was at that stage—after the April 2 entry deadline was raised—that you began rechecking options and pricing, which indicates that proper consultation and planning were not done initially.

The issue with travel dates arose due to your agency’s lack of awareness regarding Saudi regulations. As a travel provider, staying updated on such critical deadlines is a basic responsibility. The tickets were booked incorrectly, and while they were later changed without additional charges, this was a correction of your mistake—not an added service or goodwill gesture.

Furthermore, it appears that the cost of rebooking was offset by downgrading the hotel, which was neither transparently communicated nor agreed upon. The flights initially booked were also extremely restrictive, to the extent that even seat selection was not possible, reflecting poor planning and lack of attention to customer comfort.

Most concerning, however, was the hotel in Makkah. The accommodation provided did not meet reasonable expectations. When we raised this issue, the response from your supervisor was dismissive and unprofessional. No genuine effort was made to resolve the concern, and responsibility was deflected to the supplier instead of being handled by your agency.

We would also like to emphasize that politeness in a written response or public review is not what defines good customer service. What truly matters is how respectfully and effectively customers are treated when they reach out for help during a problem. Unfortunately, in our case, when we needed assistance the most, the interaction lacked both professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue.

While external constraints may exist, they do not remove your responsibility as the service provider. The core issue here is not just the service itself, but the lack of transparency, proper communication, accountability, and customer support throughout the process.

We hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service standards moving forward.

Where to start, I have no idea. . I still remember looking for options to book for my umrah and suddenly Kaabah tours appeared on my feed. I gave it a try. I clearly remember talking Fakhar Jasmin on that. She was the sweetest. Jasmin went above and beyond to accommodate all requests and inquiries. I had limited days for Saudi. As I was very busy with work, Jasmin went above to make me happy. She listened to every details I was looking for from booking the most cosiest hotels. I had zero issues. She booked my drivers and I reached hotels safe and sound. I had an umrah guide as well. All to say is that I do not have any regrets at all. My umrah was such a smooth and at peace experience. Jasmin was also available 24/7 to answer my questions which make things so easier. I would definitely recommend Kabbah tours. Inshallah, will be contacting them again ❤️

I had a wonderful experience performing Umrah during Ramadan with Kaabah Tours. Yahya was extremely helpful, supportive, and always available to guide us whenever we had questions. The package was very well organized and reasonably priced, including visa, flights, hotels, transportation, and travel from Makkah to Madinah. Everything was arranged smoothly, which allowed my sister and me to focus peacefully on our Umrah. Alhamdulillah, we completed our journey safely and comfortably. I highly recommend KaabahTours and Yahya for anyone planning Umrah.
The hotel was a 5-star Umrah hotel, but rooms are usually prepared for pilgrims, so the space can be small and may include multiple beds in one room. We had four beds in our room although we were only two people, which was perfectly fine for us. If someone prefers a larger or more luxurious private room, they should request it and be ready to pay a higher price.
Overall, Alhamdulillah we completed our Umrah peacefully and returned safely. I highly recommend Kaabah Tours and Yahya.
