Excellent service from Just Clear! The whole house clearance process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great care. The team arrived on time, were friendly and respectful, and worked incredibly hard to get everything cleared quickly.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything was made so straightforward and stress-free. I was really impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.

I booked Just Clear to dispose of some furniture and also move around some furniture in my house which was too heavy to manage, The whole process was very efficient and both all the staff were really nice and helpful. The admin was well handled by Lisa and the 2 movers arrived on time, and carried out an excellent job, will definitely use again.

I am so impressed with the service I received from Just Clear. I had 10 pieces of furniture I could not dispose of from my home. There was nothing wrong with them, they were just surplus to requirement, too large for me to deal with and I needed them gone quickly in one go. I contacted Lisa in the office and sent her photos of the items in question. She came back with a very reasonable quote and organised a collection to my timescale. The van arrived on time and the items were efficiently moved from the house and shed by the two friendly guys from Just Clear. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. The service was efficient and professional.

From Lisa who arranged the collection of my furniture to the two lovely lads who removed the furniture, the service was excellent. Everyone was professional, went out of their way to accommodate my needs, treated my house with respect and delivered the service they said they would. I would recommend this company and would use them again myself.

Elliot and Jed arrived bright and early this morning, after calling me to let me know they were 5 minutes away. They were professional, polite and personable. They cleared my flat of all the rubbish very quickly and it now feels so much bigger. I would definitely use just clear again. After they left, I had a call from another Just Clear van saying they were on their way. I explained everything had been collected and they went to another job. Very impressive service. Thank you to Elliot and Jed.

We used Just Clear in Bristol to clear my late sisters flat in Bath. They were well priced but I wasn’t too sure what kind of service to expect or what type of guys would turn up. Not only were Jed and Elliott really lovely to work with as they were very thoughtful, considerate and kind but they did the most thorough job I could ever imagine! I left them with the keys and they reassured me that they’d be on the job the following week. The photos of the empty flat blew me away! My late sister was a hoarder and the place was in such a state and full of rubbish and by the time they’d finished the flat looked so lovely.

From the point of first contact this has been a fantastic interaction with Just Clear. Lisa picking up my query and has been very responsive in first coming back to my enquiry, giving me the quote and organising the booking. The two chaps that came I think Jed and Phil, were friendly and what was being collected was completed with no fuss and quickly. They even came an hour earlier than planned!

Great service from the start with Lisa and right through to the two chaps collecting. Will for sure use again if needed.

Elliot and Jed were top notch guys. Had a load of rubbish that needed collecting. Removed all rubbish and emptied our bins aswell. Swept up behind them and left property looking neat and tidy. Well done guys, really appreciate your work.
