I made a good experience with Itdeals. The delivery was just in time. Nothing to complain about :-)

I already ordered few times and have always been satistied with products, service and delivery.

I have ordered from ITdeals already a few times. Cheap, fast and uncomplicated!

Very speedy delivery and the price is absolutely competitive.

I think there is something fishy going on here. I bought a single item for 14 kr. and then looking at the site now I see they are trying to say I have a subscription for 149 kr./month which I have no recollection of ever agreeing to. At the very least its a disturbing mistake at worst its cheating.

I purchased a Logitech Mouse from this company over two months ago. Recently I found out that they were withdrawing 149kr a month for a subscription I never signed up for. I sent an email and have not heard back. Don’t trust this site.

COMPLETE FRAUD. There is no way to cancel the membership. If you've given your card details, the only solution is to BLOCK YOUR CARD and get a new one. It's simple.They wont acknowledge any of your e-mails telling them to cancel the membership.

They keep trying to charge my account for things I never purchased. Do not trust these guys.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY! After you buy a product they will automatically make you a subscription you will find about when they start taking money from your card. You will be stuck with it and cannot cancel.
I am announcing the authorities in Denmark regarding this scam website!

The package was delivered after 2 weeks while it was promised to be delivered in 2 days.
There is a subscription trap! Your bank card information will be stored. The subscription fee will be deducted from your bank account automatically without issuing any receipt or notification. (No receipt will be sent, you can hardly find an order registered on ITdeals.dk website without any details about the order and subscription!)
The customer service is very poor.
I have reported the unclear actions of this website to my bank and the authorities.

I have ordered sport Bella and have to write them a few times to follow up with my order. It took me two weeks to hear from them after ordering. It's not what it said on the website that you will get the item 1-2days after buying. I'm satisfied with the item but not the service I got. PS. You can cancel the membership before 1 week after buying if not you will get charged more monthly for membership.

Hidden subscription payment is included when you purchase any item from them! it is 149 DKK per month!
Apparently it is stated in their terms and conditions, and it says that subscription is free first 7 days, and then they automatically charge 149 DKK from your account.

Ironically, they state that you can cancel the subscription by logging in to your itdeals account, but I haven't even created an "account" while purchasing from them, so now I can't even cancel this scam!!! They don't have any phone number to call either. Just a crappy "fill out contact form".

Fast delivery of the products, now the quality is yet to be checked out, but so far the spead of delivery is impressive.

After waiting for 17 days ,the item delivered was used , and would not even turn on . then I was refused getting shipping cost back . The phone number provided for costumer service is disconnected . Email takes ages to be answered and sent to your spam by default so you will miss the answer. will never buy anything from this site again
