they have charged me of something i didn't order and the previous order that i have made has taken way too long to arrive. i would suggest other sites currently i have been trying to cancel and get a refund for the purchase i made.

SCAM, NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING AND GOT SIGNED UP TO SUBSCRIPTION TO I NEVER ASKED FOR

I was contemplate of the delivery time at first and wanted to cancel it since i haven’t received any updates with my orders. To find out that it actually has been sent out , package has been received and i am glad with the service provided. On regards the monthly subscription i had manually cancelled the subscription on my account where i find it convenient and easy to navigate around.

I ordered an HDMI cable last week and so far nothing has arrived. I sent two letters to the company and so far I have not received a response

Do not order there. 1-2 days delivery is a total lie. Poor client service ever. Order status on the website is a joke.

I wrote an email regarding returning of a product that I could not use. After the first email, I didn’t get any reply back from the customer support.

I purchased two adaptors. They were delivered after 8 days and not 2-3 days as promised.

itdeals.dk rightfully withdraw 108 DKK - it was the purchased price incl. shipment.
However, approx. 4-5 days after delivery it.deals.dk withdraw another 149 DKK, which I newer agreed to?

2020-05-18, development:
After mailing itdeals.dk that I reported their withdraw to my bank, asked the bank for action and black list, as well as closed my credit card (extra cost for my company), itdeals.dk just informed me they will cancel my membership - I never signed up for a membership? - they still have taken 149 DKK from my company!

They laying for people, I advice for you not buy nothing from here, because exsist fact, that you not get your order and You lost yours money. Moreover, they did automatically prenumerate, without asking you nothing and they take from your account 149DKK. Be carefull!

They will give you subscription you will not even know you have and then charge you every month 175 DKK for even that you do not want any subscription there is no way to unsubscribe before you will pay the first month and they will not refund you cause it is not their fault that they do not have option to subscribe during the ordering process. Shortly deceiving company abusing customers and trying to get extra charges on you.

After seven days, the parcel has still not arrived. I wrote two e-mails without any reply. No information when purchasing about a binding subscription.
Avoid!!!

It's a scam! They sign you up for a subscription of 149DKK/month which is not clear when you place the order. I would rather pay a little extra at a decent online store and avoid the hazzle of cancellation and waste of money.
