They are taking money for a so called subscription I have never agreed with! 149 dk per month. Wrote to my bank asking for help. Hopefully I will get my money back.

They start to charge you 150 for membership after 8 day, without telling you. wonderful!

I had no problems with my Order from itdeals. I can not unterstand the bad comments below me.

Well i had the same problem, i was charged for membership which i did't ask. At first i was trying to contact them by e-mail, but no answer came. Afterwards i came here and understood immediately what happened. Call it whatever you want but it's cheating.

I purchased a 20 dkk sticker which we paste on laptop camera. I was charged 169 Dkk without my information or any email from the company that they have enrolled me in their membership plan. There was no reply from customer service either by email or phone. It website address is misleading itdeals.dk gives the impression that it is Denmark company but it’s located in Estonia. I think company is earning money by making everyone fool LEGALLY

I made good experience with the online shop. The selection of products is extensive so it took a little time before I could decide. But once I had my decision the order process was really easy and the delivery was quite fast. I recommend this online shop.

Pathetic website using fraudulent methods to mysteriously sign you up for membership without explicit consent! DONT BUY FROM THEM! They then don't return you the money for the subscription! They also don't provide you confirmation emails not invoices for this membership! ILLEGAL!

We didn't realize the abonament fee so we payed less for is the shortest cable that it can be and when they charged the abonament we reached to the price of a normal charger. The description of the product is not at all correct.

As an English speaking person in Denmark I do not understand all and when I order something I expect to pay for the thing and that's it. After 3 months of ordering a simple adapter I found out I was charged for 3 month membership without even using it or realizing I gave a consent to anything like that. I did not get an email saying I became member or any contract to my email. I feel cheated and stolen from.

I ordered the new Ergo mouse from logitech and it stopped working after 4 days
Then I realised in bank extract that they charged me 178 DKK as monthly subscription to get good discount as continuous basis...except that I did not ask for it. I guess it was on small characters when I ordered and checked by default
Go away from this company...whiich is by the way in Estonia ! Not in Denmark
