Never by from this company; they sign you up for subscription without your knowlagde and never sends invoices to you for payment.

What a con....I bought a dymo from this company. And 10 months later have found out i have been paying them 149dkk a month for the last 10 months for absolutely nothing. So now it has become the most expensive dymo in the world.

they trap every first customer by lower the price ,,but charge 149 dkk per month untill you find it......even when you find before 7 days there is no working websolution that you can cancel your subscription......they dont have dk help desk contact.....

I ordered something in april 2020 and in the emails sent to me there were no subscriptions mentioned, all the details except this "tiny thing" called a "membership subscription". I just found out after 8 months that I paid 150 kr/month for nothing. Also, it happened the same for one of my friends :)

I am okay with any fair subscription as long the communication is honest, open and clear. But in this case, my order didn't mention anything like that (now they have a popup message that lets you know). I didn't even have a membership, I just created one to check these shady payments... but it was "a membership" subscription.

Maybe it is legal, as long as somewhere on the website/email there is a forgotten, tiny note about paying this monthly fee. I found it in their first email to them, written outside the order itself! As a "minor thing", typically. I find it unprofessional, unethical and manipulative.

I bought 1 headphone adapter and the company has been charging 149 / month for a "subscription" without notification. It's fraudulent and theft.

They signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge, this relatively small payment went unnoticed for a number of months and without any email invoice or receipt. These guys are thieves.

Borderline stealing.
I never signed up for a subscription service, and now they have withdrawn a lot of money, due to this subscription, that I have never heard of. If I in any way agreed to it, I was not aware that I agreed. I.e. it must have been written in the smallest possible letters or hidden away somewhere, where it was meant not to be seen in order to take money for a subscription, that you by the way, get nothing out of. Complete scam

Dont use this company, you get to be a member without your knowledge, costs 20 EUR every moth until you discover.

Not reminded at all that I will purchased for payment subscription after one bought order.

This company has charged me 149 dkk 5 months in a row after I have purchased something from their website without notifying me that they will do so. And now I am not able to contact the company. I will take legal action. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED. Please do not order from their website.

Yep. Fell into this trap like others. Do NOT purchase from this company. Without clear warning you will commit to an ongoing monthly subscription. They prey upon you doing this!

It is a huge scam.

After I unsubscribed they continued charging me for several months.

There are no confirmation emails so no prove for any complaint you might have.
