When booking a slot for pick up an…
When booking a slot for pick up an option was given if you wanted to be present at collection. I indicated I did and left my number. The bag was picked up. But no phone call to inform me. The bag could have been filled a little more. Once it had been lifted slightly off the ground. I wasn’t given the opportunity to fill it level. So I wouldn’t use Hippo again for the price (too expensive) and for the lack of their ability to communicate when I’ve prepaid for a service. Be warned. Not great!

Excellent service
I ordered a Hippo Megabag because I wasn't sure if a skip would fit through my tiny drive gates.
The booking service is extremely simple to use followed by fast delivery of the bag. You can put the bag anywhere within reach of the street.
They allow you 6 months to fill your bag, so youre not rushing to fill it, once you have filled the bag (must be level) you just pop online and click for delivery. It's as simple as that.
I booked collection at 4pm on Tuesday evening and the bag was collected at 7.10am the following morning. Quickly and quietly without fuss.
I actually couldn't recommend HIPPO bags enough.

Simple and quick.
Simple to order a package, Quick bag delivery, Easy to book a collection. As with all rubbish disposal, sadly it's expensive. Booked a collection which happened within three day (an email letting me know when the collection was happening would have been nice) Drivers were nice, friendly and helpful and within 15 minutes the bag of rubbish was on its way for recycling.

Seamless service
After discovering our driveway was too borrow for a skip lorry, we opted for a Hippobag. Booking was simple and delivery was within 24 hours, as was collection after asking for it to be removed.
We opted for the largest bag available, which wasn’t quite large enough for a house clearance, but we will now get the smallest to finish the job.
