Very fast ordering process
Hope the delivery process is equally as good.

My first time ordering from Mick George. I found it easy to order, delivered on time, in good condition as promised. No complaints. Good solid service.

Excellent service.called me up to say he was on his way and put in the best place for me to work around.

Ordering a skip could not be easier, very straightforward.
When I ordered my first one I did call to check on whether I could put a certain item in the skip as it was not mentioned on the list (small electrical item) and the guy on the phone was helpful and polite.
I guess the only thing I would suggest is to update the website to include No Electricals allowed.

It was so informative and easy to find what I wanted also very easy to book a skip for my requirements

Mick George were there when different company let me down and cheaper too. They kept us updated every step of the way even to the point of giving us a time slot for delivery.

Andrew (skip deliverer) was polite and put the skip where we wanted it very carefully.

Will use them again

We have been waiting for this order to be delivered and phoned twice for updates then we was contacted only to be told no drivers in our area so will be next week..we’ve paid a fuel charge for this!!
Obviously stacking up deliveries for our area to make worthwhile…

Update: Situation has become even worse.

Despite my previous complaint, I have now been charged the wasted journey fee, which I still strongly believe is completely unjustified.
What is even more frustrating is that I was told a skip exchange would take place today. However, instead of exchanging the skip, the driver simply collected the skip and left without providing a replacement.
This has caused serious disruption to my project, as I now have no skip on site and cannot continue the work.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. This experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and completely unreliable.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this company.
I hope the company will now take responsibility and resolve this matter urgently.

Easy on booking , quick delivery and our driver Darren was super friendly and did a great job in getting our top soil into the garden . Also the soil is lovely quality . Will absolutely be ordering from Mike George again

I have used Mick George to take away soil a few time using the tip bags, it is an easy process and if you have a lot to get rid of it is quick compared to going to the dump in the car. The bags are also easier to locate than a skip as they can lift it over the fence. Booking process very simple and it is collected in a few days.

easy to use website when booking and very competitive rates too.

1) On line order system says spend so much and get free delivery, tried that .. spent the required amount but on checkout delivery charge still required, my order was reduced to essentials only. 2) 5% discount offered for signing up but system didn’t recognise the discount code. 3) tried on several occasions to add bulk bags to my order but again system would not update.
Have now ordered all other items needed with another merchant.
