I recently had two consultations over the phone with two different doctors, I felt they were excellent in their advice and spent more than enough time with me, Excellent Doctors and the admin staff are very friendly, I always trust that I will get the best service as I have used Health Hero numerous times over the last few years for a medical condition.

Had an appointment and asked for a sick…
Had an appointment and asked for a sick cert which they approved and the doctor forgot to upload it. On my sick day ended up spending so much time on the phone and email to try and get it sorted, so difficult and caused issues at work. Customer service were apologetic but still didn’t solve it. The last thing anyone needs is things to be more awkward, especially when sick already! I would not recommend! Will have to pay another doctor to just get a sick cert because of the long wait.

I had an appointment within 1 hour of making the call. I missed the first call, but was delighted the doctor rang me a second time
The doctor was excellent I felt listened to and not rushed . Very good service that I use again and again..I highly recommend, no delays and no money involved.

Great to be at the comfort of your home…
Great to be at the comfort of your home and be reviewed by a clinician. Also very helpful especially when there is no immediate slot for an appointment to see the Gp.
Also there was no delay in being called by the clinician for the online review and he was very attentive to listen to all my complaints and then gave his advice and send prescriptions to my pharmacy which sorted out the medical issue

An Excellent Service
An excellent first experience and I would use again. The service was fast and I had no issues collecting my prescription from my chosen pharmacy. The service was also very good value compared with the cost of visiting a G.P.

However, for legal reasons and to maintain a strict separation between prescribers and dispensers, we rely on pharmacies to dispense medications in a safe and compliant manner.
